We have the cluster mailboxes in my neighborhood. We constantly get another neighbors mail and our neighbors would have to give us our mail because our mailman keeps putting our mail in the wrong box. I went down to see the manager Richard and he certainly was a "Richard". I went there two times and saw Richard. I collected the wrong mail that I have gotten for a few days and I went down there to complain. While I was telling him my frustrations he was making up excuses, eyes were wondering around looking at other people, unattentive with a smile on his face. He did not even have eye contact with me the whole time I was talking to him. The only time he actually had eye contact was when he told me to bring the wrong mail in on that same day that I receive it because they need to know who is making the mistake. He says we have one main mailman and sometimes another guy covers for him. I told him I cant come in everyday because I work 9-6. I would like for him to mention it to whoever works our route that we have been receiving the wrong mail. Its very simple but he says they dont do that. Wtf? So the next day I received the wrong mail and I used my lunch hour to bring it to him. Again, same attitude, excuse after excuse. He says hell take care of it. Two weeks later, same problem. I got tired of it and posted a nice letter to our mailman saying that we have been getting each others mail. Since then the problem has been solved. Thanks for nothing Richard.

I have had nothing but problems with mail delivery persons from this branch. I have two dog, a small boxer and a 10 year old spaniel mix, in house dogs 90 % of the time. They, like most dogs like to bark and jump on the welded metal security door when the mail person makes it to the front porch (mail box at door). I make sure door is doubled locked, but the woman insist that my dogs can get out. They have never gotten out, I hardly believe they could break through a welded metal security door. The post office has blessed me with 2 orders of restraint that were also sent to animal control Mind you the order says my dogs were out and unrestrained. Never have they been out. I talked to the mail lady about passing my house and she says she has the right to not deliver. Went to the post office and talked to a very nice lady in charge. She felt there was not reason for her not to deliver, given what I had said. She suggested she might have to come to my house and check the door for herself. I said not problem, just make sure you have plenty of time to go with me as we check everyones wood fences, gates, doors and such that have doors. She was a "no show". Few weeks went by and we are now getting another notice that states screen doors and such are not considered proper restraint. WTH? My dogs are much more secure than dogs behind fences. Today I have mail going out and the postman walks right past my house...I am so done!

Whoever runs this Post Office is incompetent. Probably the typical Govt worker who does not give a damn about their job, and they know it will take 3+ felonies to get them fired. They consistently put other peoples mail in my po box. They will put a lock on my box if I am a day late paying the fee, but take two weeks to remove the lock after the fee has been paid. I accept my fault in paying the fee late, but why cant they unlock the box in a reasonable time after the fee has been paid? (rhetorical question - see title for hint) Hell, I will even be happy to pay a late fee. (which they do not charge... they just make you wait for your mail until they get around to unlocking the box) I have held a po box at this location for over 5 years. With the exception of a couple of their lower employees this office has been a complete let down. I am going to open a po box in Fresno even if I have to drive 10 miles further to get my mail.

This has got to be the worst post office in the country. When you get there there is a line about 30 customers long, and they usually only have one employee working behind the counter. I usually have to stand in line for over half an hour just to mail my packages. They have four registers and could hire at least 3 more employees, but no, our time must be meaningless to them. Or maybe no one in fresno county needs a job. Stay away from this post office unless you want to waste at least 30 minutes of your life standing in line.

Claimed to deliver a very important package but we never received it they claimed to have delivered it on a sunday we were home and no one ever delivered anything also claimed to deliver it leaving it on doorstep who the hell leaves a package on the doorstep on a very busy street? They are liars they were impossible to get a hold of over the phone. I had to walk a long ways to get there. And they did nothing about it anyways a waste of my time and money. I will be contacting the BBB about this particular post office.

I have had the worst experience with this Post Office when trying to purchase a passport. My wife and I have gone on three separate occasions during "posted" business hours and the passport office has been closed. Today was the last straw when we were told, "You should call before you come in," because their employees didnt show up. This is a Federal agency that cant get its act together. We have wasted time, gas, and work days to try and get our passports and are left with frustrations.

Worst customer service experience. Despite having the flat rate boxes in the lobby, they "dont provide the tape. You need to tape it before you come in." This despite the fact that the pictures above the counter clearly show a woman filling a flat rate box which needs to be taped! So i guess Im supposed to come all the way down, pick up a box, go home, pack it up, then bring it all the way back. Forget it, Ill just use fedex. No wonder the post office is failing. They just dont care!

stopped delivering my packages for no reason, just "undeliverable as addressed". Called the USPS 800 number and the lady was very helpful. She said it was the carrier, that for whatever reason he was not delivering, but said he had no good reason and that I needed to call Clovis branch and speak to a manager. I have called several times and they wont answer their phone. This is ridiculous. No wonder the post office is going out of business. Next time I have a choice I will use Fedex.

I lost my PO box key and asked about paying for a replacement. They said I would have to wait 6 weeks until the person who does that came back to work. Then after that I went and paid my $9 and was told that it would take another few weeks for key to come because it comes from Washington DC. Stupid I know. Well it is now 4 months later and it still hasnt come. I asked a month ago and they said to keep waiting. The government provides terrible service.
