We have filled out moving form clearly asking USPS to deliver our mail to our home address in Reno for a month, and afterwards start delivering to our New address in Henderson. Now, some still going to our home in Reno and some going to our new address, we have visited the Post Office Twice to clarify and fix it, but the Supervisor told us to wait for the Post Office employee who handle this, and told us that someone will call us, so we left our phone number, we waited nothing happened, so we went to Post office again, the Supervisor told us that the employee who is in charge, take a day off that day, so he said he will let her know about our issue, its been more than a week now nothing happened and still they delivered mails to our home in Reno.. we need them to deliver to our office in Henderson, this is a very simple task .. that took a long time to solve... any one there to help????

if I could give negative stars I would. Service...where? Friendly....no. People are downright disrespectful, not helpful, and extremely belittling. It is their job and duty to assist people with mailing things. Simple as that. Why do they act like that inconveniencing them? Pretty sure they are paid for it. HAHAHA. I have NEVER seen such volatile behavior in a post office in my life and I have lived ALL OVER the country including NYC, SFO, CHICAGO, etc you know, the big cities, with 80 million more times the foot traffic. Your best bet is to go to the mailing place on McCarran next to Ross if you want things done without unnecessary rudeness, scowls, and or verbal abuse. CHEERS AND SERIOUSLY...GOOD LUCK ! :)

I received a card on Monday that I had a package that needed a signature but no one was home. I WAS HOME. I took the card into the post office on Tuesday. The clerk looked at it and said "it will be delivered". I was home the rest of the day on Tues. It did not come on Wed. I WAS HOME ALL DAY. Checked on line Wed evening and requested delivery for Thur. I HAVE BEEN HOME ALL DAY. No package. The package contains a medication that I need to sign for and I am OUT. I tried to contact someone at the post office but all you get is a stupid recording menu.

Absolute worst customer service ever. They kept 3 packages from me and every single time I called from my phone number, they kept ignoring the call. However, if I called from a differet phone number, they would immediately pick up. When I confronted them about this, the manager hung up on me. This branch needs new workers and a new manager.

My neighbor just brought over a small package (addressed to me) that she found in the middle of the street!!!! Are you kidding me! I have a in the door drop box so there is no way someone came by and took it out. So unprofessional!

Every single package that I order from Amazon that gets delivered by them is either lost or undelivered with a No Access status. UPS can deliver my packages just fine 100% of the time.

Theyve repeatedly lost my mail and failed to follow hold requests. I use hold requests fairly frequently and I think theyve correctly followed what was filled out on the card one time

The location is extremely busy. Expect very long wait times for any service even during quiet times. Facility is unwelcoming throwing the strong prison vibe.
