I dont know why anyone would give this branch a good rating. Im not one to leave a negative rating, either - so you know I mean it. But this location (though closest) to my house is always so slow! They never have more than one disinterested cashier open and s/he always has an attitude! Not to mention, they dont follow their posted hours. I will never forget my last straw there, I was coming in 3 minutes before they were set to leave to lunch (and I get it, I get eager for lunch time, too) but all I needed was a book of stamps, for which I had exact change. The older blonde lady that works there literally locked the door as I reached to pull on the handle. Never again will I go to this one, honestly, I hope it gets shut down and they all lose their jobs because theyre the worst! I go up to the other branch on Olive. Its further from my house but at least they do their job, and are even really nice about it!

So I am preparing my taxes and getting ready to send them off and I make the mistake of one not putting my return address and I forgot to make sure I had enough postage on the letter to send. So I arrive at the post office and go ahead and stick my letter into the mail with 1no return address and 2 not enough postage .By the time I get home I realize my mistake and I head on down to the post office. When I arrive I learned the post office is closed for lunch but a nice lady went ahead and took the time to make sure that I was taken care of. This is been one of the worst experiences for me But I am blessed to have such a wonderful post office nearby that will actually help their customers out the way they have. I give this post office a five star rating. They have gone above and over my expectations .

Its a really nice amazingly helpful people .non-haters who work for very little to get everything organized I did nothing but amazing service friendly people to see if you have nothing nice to say dont say anything at all

Its great that there is a post office in this neighborhood with all the United States Postal Services available amenities and services. Highly recommended to visit before 5 p.m.

The phone number that is listed rings forever, is never answered and has no voicemail. Go to the one at Olive and Fresno. P.S. The entire city of Fresno gets one star.
