These morons are rushing the inevitable demise of one of the proudest traditions the United States EVER had a right to claim. This Post Office location has zero customer service, never mind if you have continuously rented a PO Box here for over ten years (yes the same box). It has no effect on the supervisor, Elizabeth. She will manipulate the conversation in any direction which minimizes her responsibility. After listening to her tell me all the reasons the note I got which notified me of a package too large to fit in my PO Box, was either my fault because I did not pick it up in time, (the note said my package was two days from being returned) or I already picked it up and this was a redundant (not her word) note to remind me. I told her I did not pick up any packages in the past two weeks. She looked at me like I was dense. I told her to her face, "its just a matter of time until the United States Post Office dies a natural death. THANK GOD FOR CAPITALISUM," E-mail and on line Bill Pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She didn’t get it. Just looked at me like I was speaking Greek, DUGHHHHHEEEE????? I wonder if she can even spell responsibility. She STRUGGLED to find her own public phone number which she demanded I call "next week." I asked her if she could call me and she said no. I explained that getting the generic desk line is a fate worse than death. First, itll take forever to get someone to pick it up. Second, it will take forever more to locate her. And third, for her to actually come to the phone will be a miracle. Never mind remember me as the loyal box renter dood (yes I know it’s misspelled). She replied “I don’t have a direct line." I told her I did, it’s a cell phone, please take the number down and when her investigation is done to call me! She just looked at me like I was stupid. By the way the missing package is date SENCITIVE. This is not the first issue at this location. Over the years Ive learned to make sure my PO Box rent is so, way paid up before I go on any type of vacation. This location will happily return all your mail in the split second your rent is due. No matter how long youve been there or how many times you’ve talked & tried to be nice to the Asian witch who tries to take responsibility for the PO boxes. No way she remembers me after she’s been there for years and Ive talked to her over and over, WHAT A FLIPPEN MORON.

Extremely poor customer service. I had an issue with the mail delivery person. He had reported that our dog was outside a couple of times and he is holding our mail. After my conversation with the supervisor, Elizabeth, writing a letter that the dog (a 15 lbs, totally harmless, prior abuse, rescued from shelter, kicked by the mailman on Sat. Oct. 1st.), the postmaster Tom L. called me saying we need to stop calling names at the mailman, when I told him that never happened and I need my mail, he started yelling at me. Then although he said the mail will be delivered the next day, they were missing for another 3 days.... This office is extremely unprofessional, absolutely, ZERO customer service, The objective is to prove themselves right, their ego over their responsibility. I had to forward my mails to another address because I do not want to deal with this issue anymore.

It is very upsetting to say how horrible the service is at this particular location. Its a federal building for crying out loud. These people should be trained to provide superb customer service to all Americans and people living in this country. The supervisor clearly holds the wrong title for his position. He is not trained properly and highly doubt is competent for this job. I hate to sound like a jerk. But when youre treated like garbage, you shouldnt expect to be treated with any respect. I paid $27.99 for express shipping, and on the expected date they didnt even bother knocking on my apartment door. They figured why go looking around for the apartment # when I can just say no one was home. Little did they know I was home the entire time. I DO NOT recommend this post office for any of your postal needs. Good luck to anyone using them!!!

Worst Post Office Ive ever had to deal with. Two months in a row they lost my check and the supervisors are awful. They delivered someone elses check to me in the 91343 zip from the 95003 zip and never sent anyone to pick it up like they said they would. If you call them they either dont answer, pickup and hang up, or put you directly on hold and never come back to the phone. They should all be fired and replaced. I will never use the post office again because of them. I am doing everything online now and I signed up for direct deposit just so I dont have to deal with these incompetent people ever again. Negative 5 stars!

I called in this morning to ask a question about the status of my package that was to be delivered. I called and the line rang 30 times before someone answered. I asked the asian lady with the terrible accent if I could check the status of a package. In her words. NO! You wait fo postman at yo DOOO. I said excuse me but this is a simple request I have the tracking number. Again in her own words YOU WAIT POSTMAN! I said thank you and hung up. This solidifies my future business when recieving or sending packages. I rather pay more money for better customer service. I will always opt for UPS delivereies.

Worst delivery service ever I have spoken to many supervisor about my mail man because he never takes my packages to my apt he always writes he cant deliver to this location I have spoken to him and fold him I work nights and Im already home in the day time and still does the same the I have filed so many complaints and still no change and I have caught him not when taken the packages or of the mail truck I dont know how they stay in business

The worst post office ever I keep getting the wrong mail and when I call nobody even answers the phone ! I even have a sticker on my mailbox that was given to me by my moms mail carrier that says Letter carrier please Double check address for accuracy and I still keep getting the wrong mail !! Does anybody know what i can do or who I can call ? I Live in Granada Hills Ca No wonder they are going under Financially !!

They need fluent English speaking employees the Asian lady was the worst. It seemed as if she fell of her bed and was forced to come in to work. She is careless not to mention they never leave any slip of your packages arriving and ready for pick up. I hope something changes hey I do not how much they get paid but if your not happy with that our life itself dont make it hard for us to pick up or sent out mail.
