Oh my god! Worst service of any place Ive ever been to! I was in there writing a postcard which was long enough for five customers to pass ahead of me, and each one of them had a horrible experience with the staff. I mean actually arguing, saying "Ill never come back here again!" and stuff like that. When it was finally time for me to send my big box he was so unhelpful that I actually left with it unsent and took my business elsewhere.

How are these people in business? Far and away the worst customer service experience of my life both times Ive dealt with them. I gave them a second chance figuring they just had a bad day on my first visit. Nope. Theyre not having a bad day. Theyre actually that unpleasant all the time.

The man that runs this place is incredibly rude and ignorant. He obviously should be sued for discrimination. If he doesnt want to serve his customers, then why be in business. Worst postal office. They dont even accept credit cards.
