For a long time I thought that this was the only Post Office in the area. It USED to be very good, and the people that worked there were always friendly and helpful. In fact, I would go there almost every weekend to buy a stamp for my collection. I stopped collecting when a young me was faced with rude and disgusting behavior. Theres just things you dont say to children, and its stayed with me into adulthood. Ive hated having to come here for nearly 15 years after that incident, but luckily that ended about 4 months ago I found the Huntington Park branch. Not only is it closer to where I live and on my way to one of my jobs, but the people that work there are so nice! It made me realize how terrible this one was. This Post Office gets one star because they are open on Saturday with limited hours. Though, I will NEVER be back after what happened to me last weekend. I was attempting to mail an international package, and there were no custom forms out. So, I waited in line and spoke to an attendant. They insisted I didnt need a customs form on an international package. I said that it was proper protocol, as I mailed out packages like these at least four times a week. Five minutes of this back and forth later I had customs forms flung at me and was told "Fine. Lets see if they get there or not." Her tone indicated that she had no intention of letting my package get to its destination because I was ruining her day with the extra information a customs form required or something. I didnt even risk it. I took the forms, notified my customer that their package would be delayed, and went home. Dont go here unless youre in a dire hurry. They treat you like dirt on the bottom of their shoe.

Horrible place. I only went because I had to renew my passport, but my god, does this place suck. This guy, I think his name was Adam, literally made me jump through fire. He kept giving me misleading and contradictory information, and made me come back three times. When I asked if I could call next time so I wouldnt waste our time, he said, "dont call. Just show up." When I was finally finishing up my documents, he kept denying other customers because "he didnt have change for 20s" until the other employee told him that he couldnt keep denying everyone and had to get the change from the back. He makes life difficult for everyone because he obviously hates his job. I just wish theyd hire better people.

They always deliver my eBay pakages to the wrong address. I finally didnt get one at all . Maybe the person thats got it was fed up and threw it in the trash. And also I have missing credit card bills. I called my cc company and they said that the enveloped where returned. This is not a sorting issue its the mail man . 7 ebay packages have been delivered wrong and they wont even return a claim email. Fedex,ups,dhl,amazon,pizza guy always finds my house number....

I usually dont post anything but these people are right on they really do have bad customer service and Ive even seen them bickering at each other out loud when customers are present and when a customer asks for some thing since they are mad they answer rudely over and over again. May be one of these days someone will video tape and post it so there bosses can see what really going on.

I dont know what the fudge is wrong with the relievers keeps sending my expensive packages somewhere else. I lost one already and complained twice on this office! If the package returned this time is unsatisfactory to the expensive value, your office should pay me the original value.

Horrible new system they have.. How is it possible it shows a packed being scanned the instant it was delivered certain day..... and the package arriving 2 days later ...I had my baby boy crying for two days thinking his gift got lost.... Horrible
