We went to post office to pick up a box, Lady ( African American) was closing doors and we politely asked her if she could be kind enough to just hand us a box , she rudely said "COME BACK AT 2:15 LIKE IT SAYS ON THE DOOR," I said Maam thats not great customer service and she yelled out "then go to another Location, if you dont like my service" I was shocked by the kind of person that is hired to represent this location. I understand It is Cudahy, but by all means no wonder people look at our community they way they do because of the people we position to service it. I work In Cudahy at an Insurance office and just because I am an Insurance Agent I dont let my head get big and think I am superior to others. I treat people the way I like to be treated, so I do not find it in anyway amusing that this lady is the way she is with customers.

My package has been sitting at this location for the past two weeks. I tried to call the locations phone number 18 times and after one minute someone would pick up the phone and hang up on me. I had no other choice but to call the customer service of USPS and file a missing package claim and investigation since every day I keep checking and it is still at this location. My friend who has ordered from the same website received her package in one day but mine is taking over two weeks. Whoever is managing this location needs to be changed because they obviously do not know what customer service is and do not take their job seriously. I am not obligated to call over 15 times just to check up on my package.

If I WOULD GIVE IT A 0 I WOULD BUT THERES NO 0 HERE. THAT AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY IS SO RUDE ALL THE TIME IT SEEMS LIKE IF SHES PAYING FOR MY THINGS. LADY U NEED TO GET TRAIN AGAIN REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, U DONT LIKE UR JOB THAN GIVE THAT CHANCE TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT TRULY LOVES HER JOB, AND IS NOT FEELING MISERABLE ALL THE TIME. BEEN SEEING THAT LADY THERE FOR YEARS MAYBE 10 OR MORE SHES ALWAYS RUDE CANT BELIEVE THEY DONT FIRE HER. AMARGADA 100% NO WONDER PEOPLE HAVE SO MUCH HATE FOR AFRICAN AMERICAN IS SAD FOR PEOPLE LIKE THIS IS BECAUSE THERES HATE IN THE WORLD.

My package was sitting at this location with an online status of "in transit" for two weeks, it it would probably still be there if I hadnt called USPS customer service and file a missing package report. Not to mention when I finally received the package it had been opened and some of my stuff was missing out of it, I could tell that it had been tampered with because of the way they taped it shut. I added a photo. I submitted a lost item report with no success. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Im using fedex or ups next time.

stupid black guy that delivers is so lazy he doesnt do his job right im supoose to get a package today and i checked the online usps tracking and he put "no one was home pick up the package" second time this happens he so lazy i really do hate how he does his job and he doesnt even check if he has any package in the mail truck he just drops off a little bit of mail and skips my house every time someone seriously needs to fire this man

The worse service. A bunch of old crows yelling. Why do they hire these nasty mean old ladys to work here. Then there so rude to the public cause theyre English is bad, hello, the area is 98% Latino. Put people there who speak the dam language or can be understanding of the community.

No help, no attention, no courtesy and they act like if you really, really bother them. I really would love to love the USPS but the employees do nothing to show you that they care. Sad... it should be the place to go for mailing purposes but is not.

The lady that is here is very nice and friendly, at least she has been to my mom and me. Only complaint is I wish it would be open whenever it says its open. Ive gone there and sometimes its closed when it should be open.

The lady in the back of window needs to get replaced. I was in there for about 15 minutes and so where 3 other females they where asking me if she was in lunch. Idk. NEEDS TO REPLACE THAT LADY WITH THAT UGLY ATTITUDE.
