Was there and nobody else but myself. Bolo Yeung seems occupied and he called Ricky. Ricky was extremely helpful, friendly,very accommodating (taking his time to go over with all my mailing options) and most of all know his stuff. This is my first time (In 33 years in the US of A) getting a royal treatment (in a post office) from Mr. Ricky. I think he should be the manager or supervisor for this joint. Kudos for Ricky!

Very poor customer service. Im guessing professionalism went out along with the budget cuts. This office never answers the phone which makes it impossible to ask any question you have at that moment. I work in the area and half the time I am trying to avoid having to make a stop there. A simple over the phone customer service would help. Ms. Cooper is not doing her job as the Office Manager.

I use this office for professional and person business. The staff is always friendly and readily offers advice so that I can get the most bang for my buck. Its also less busy than the office on Atlantic.
