Very disappointing service unprofessional and RUDE The Manager Ms. Flores is very unprofessional, I got a call from her telling me very rudely to come pick up my package, no apologies just very straight up telling me theyre not delivering because they have an injured employee working this route and she cant pick up boxes! OK so why isnt the injured employee doing office work??After getting that unprofessional call I got very upset and told her shes stxxid, she hung up, I called back and still the same thing rude not letting me speak and talking over me, she told me she doesnt need to help me! GO TO HELL and hung up on me, is this the type of employees the government is hiring?Sad but true. I got a call 2 hrs later from special agent Mc.Kennah he told me that Ms.Flores reported me for making threats?? Wow now the government employee is making false reports to the USPS special agents, that is a crime and she should be investigated!! Just got off the phone tracking a package and they transferred me directly to my Mail Man!!!!! Amazing service! He knew exactly what package I was talking to and he told me what time he would drop it off today. Very pleased with my experience today! I figured my call would go something like "Maam, you dont have a tracking number, so I dont know what to tell you." Pleasantly surprised!

I went here to ship a package but needed a box, never been here before I asked for a box and was pointed to where they were. I picked my box, this is where it gets good another employee came over to assist me not only did she tape my box but also got me some bubble wrap for my package. I thank them for their help and extra extra help

Most worst post office even on the phone. A lady answered me, I told her im tracking a package that was send to me and she put me on hold for a long time twice and on the third time she just hang up....peoples taxes pay your job...do it correctly and politely!!!!! Your not even worth 1 star!!!

I wish I could take my business elsewhere. This post office is the absolute worst. The latest offense is a recorded message on their phone number without the ability to talk to an actual human being. If I could give no stars, I would.

The carrier did not even attempt to deliver my package it went from out for delivery to available for pick up in less than 3 hours. I never seen a carrier that would be that fast.

This Asian man is the rudest. Some of these postal workers are rude and think their job is superior. They need to be more humble and remember where they came from.
