Update: so its now been 10 business days waiting for the package that arrived to the post office on September 29th and still cant get my package despite 5 complaints, multiple redelivery requests and hours on the phone with the 800 customer service number. A guy claiming to be the manager of the post office (Ron) called me late Saturday evening while I was at work. Left me the above number to call him back and Ive tried for 3 full hours this morning, and no one ever answers the phone there! Useless! Id give them less than zero stars if I could... Have a huge problem getting my mail, and Im a business customer! They never ever, ever deliver packages, or even attempt to deliver packages. Last 4 packages Ive gotten in the mail Ive had to request repeated delivery requests and they just never show. Ive complained to the district supervisor, the postmaster general and its nothing but a huge runaround, a lot of lame excuses and more and more pass the buck. In the end Im still missing one day priority packages which were supposed to be delivered on September 8th. Going to have to move out of the area to somewhere the post office can actually provide the service they are paid to do.. Maybe the city of Bellflower should get involved in the complete lack of service here. Im pretty sure its a major factor in property values here plummeting to nothing and the mass exodus out of this town and the surrounding areas.

My experience at Bellflower post office with the carriers and office staff (Jose) has been rather UN-helpful and UN-professional. They have no responsibility in there work and in helping other resolve issues. I had a package that was supposedly delivered INTO my mailbox but it was never there and I went into the office to see if I could get some assistance and Jose told me there is nothing they can do and if I had a problem to take it up with the police. They later contacted the mail carrier who said he supposedly dropped it into the mailbox, which I personally do not believe. The package itself wouldnt even fit inside my mailbox therefor I know the carrier is lying. After countless attempts at resolving my situation, I am now stuck with no help from anyone and out the money I spent on my package as well. I would recommend to anyone to use another post office at all costs, They can all lose their jobs and close up for all I care at this point. They show know sympathy towards you so why should we towards them, no wonder why the USPS is losing billions of dollars a year and there workers still have a job, they are all inadequate. Just had the mail delivered at my apartment complex and the mail carrier left aprox twenty five boxes wide open unlocked. Tried to call the Bellflower Office on Flower, Closed of course, no way of getting ahold of anyone in case of an emergency, got to waste time going through all these prompts for nothing. With all the mail theft going on this is absolutely not acceptable, who is accountable for such? You would think that there would be an emergency number for the biggest employer in the US. Great job to all the fat cats sitting on their ass not thinking of such, we the public deserve better! What a total failure in the system

Just from walking in the location has always looked very dusty, messy and unkept. With the exception of a middle-aged Asian woman, the workers never seem to be happy to be at work, let alone to have to call you up "next" and have to speak to you. Nevertheless, I never had a problem with getting the information I need from the workers. I guess its good if youre like me, who goes to the post office cause its necessary, not cause of I need legendary customer service.

Called them to inform about address correction on a package I was waiting for. They took note and promised to post it on the packege when it arrives and inform a driver. Next day called them - made 40 (yes fourty) calls in 4 hours. No one picked up the phone or I got busy signal when they called out. Had to drive there to tallk. Result - they sent package to the wrong address and back to sender the same day. Unprofessional

Dont mess around with the receptionist/tellers at this post office. Funny story one time a guy came in while I was in line bypass the line and said hey whats the address here? The lady goes its outside on the curb go look... The dude said hey you dont have to be a B word and she looked him dead in the eyes and said and you dont have to be a D head. I stood up straight stared forward and waited my time in line

Terrible experience not once but twice. Firstly they dont come to your door to deliver the package, they just leave a note saying sorry we missed you" collect from so and so office at the mailroom. When we go to their so called office, their staff finds out that the address mentioned is not correct and they redirect us to new USPS address. Terrible terrible experience!

So I tried to call this Post Office at 415 pm, to ask them a question. At first, the phone just rang and rang and rang with no answer. Then I tried 3 mins later and I got a busy/off the hook signal and has been that way since then...is the number listed here the correct number or do they just not want to answer the phone today?

Great services for a USPS location. Its not the best but worth the trip. Lots of postal locations get a bad rap and this is not exception. Give them a chance and they will pull through. I enjoyed this location, was passing by the area and needed to make a quick drop, was my first time here. Pleasure to walk in to and clean.

The customer service is exelent but went you send a package the mail some times Is horrible one of my customer waiting for is package exactly 40 days the package send to different state you call later to know was going out and said nothing of can do only wait and I call almost every 3 days I give me 7 claim cases
