I swear USPS is trash. I scheduled a re delivery on the 23 because I supposedly "missed the package " on the 22 even though I was home all day that day. My package was supposed to be re delivered to me yesterday, the 24. It still has not came and it is the 25 of July. I called and had to sit on the phone for an hour, which I get because its busy, however when I called, she confirmed that my package was initially supposed to come yesterday but have not reason as to why it didnt , more like an "oh well" type of thing. She continued to tell me that I can reschedule for it to be delivered tomorrow because the carrier for today has already left. I have missed important track practices waiting for this package so I wouldnt "miss" it and it still has yet to be delivered meaning I will have to wait again tomorrow. Oh yeah, and she also tells me that if I dont get it in 5 days it will be sent back to the sender.. how is that my fault if Ive been constantly waiting and did my part Of rescheduling and making sure Im at home and alert at all times of day and night, and you guys as a postal service are slacking on your own part? Lets hope my package comes tomorrow for sure or its gonna be a huge problem, especially if my stuff gets sent back because what I bought was NOT cheap.

If you dont want to wait in a line, please go to the Post Office at 3717 E. South Street, Long Beach instead of this location. I want to tell the whole city of Lakewood about this other location, hope this works. I discovered it just a few months ago, after living in Lakewood for 17 years. It is located right across the street from Lakewood Regional Hospital. It has a Pharmacy located inside. Full Post Office services. Next to the new Walmart on South Street. NEVER a line. ALWAYS great customer service. ALWAYS plenty of parking, unlike Candlewood. I was reminded about this little secret today. I went to the Candlewood location, out of habit after work to mail a certified letter. The line was almost out the door. Then it hit me! South Street!! I quickly turned around and went there. The Candlewood location is very popular for Lakewood residents, but way too busy. Hopefully this review will help ease the frustration. :)

They do not answer the phone at all !!!!! Dont waste your time here they have horrible customer service and cant even answer the phone Ive been trying to call them for the past 3 days every 20 minutes during their business hours and they dont pick up it just rings twice then goes to an automated service that just states to call during business hours. What kind of service is that !!!? Im disabled and can barley get around I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WALK TO THE POST OFFICE EVERYTIME THERES AN ISSUE OR PROBLEM !!!! The issue I have right now doesnt require me to be there it just requires me to speak to someone to handle it. In which they refuse to do what there required to do and help their customers and provide quality customer service and they cant even achieve that. Either do your job right and appreciate it or dont do it at all and quit. You shouldnt have to make the customers pay for your bad choices and false commitment.

Service is very poor. I went in to pick up my mail and stood in one line. When I got to the front, they told me I was in the wrong line and sent me to another line. When I got to the front of that one, again I was told I was in the wrong line and they sent me back to the 1st line I was in. When I got to the front of that line (for the 2nd time), the original teller (that sent me to the other line the 1st time) helped me??? Finally got my mail, walked out to my car and then realized they gave me someone elses mail which made me feel uneasy. Went back in to return the mail quickly and back in line again. Get to the front of the line to return the wrong mail I was given and get my mail and the teller was trying to tell me it was my fault??? One word...WOW? They are lucky they are next door to the sheriff station...lol

I went in at around 4:15 pm today to cash out a check. The lady asked what I was doing and I told her and she said all I needed was my ID which I had. But she suggested to go to the bank and I replied no thanks Im waiting here. She walked away and came back minutes later and tells me that Im gonna either have to buy something or get a money order in order for them to cash my check which is rediculous. Then she kept telling me to go to my bank. My parents told me about this service that they do and I was denied. My bank is further than the post office and if I wanted to cash it there I should be able to because it is supposed to be available. Never going here again they were horrible. Im sticking to the further post office where they actually know what they are doing.

The Mail Carrier that delivers to my workplace will scan the items as delivered but he has not been by yet and may not be by for another hour or so. If this were an occasional thing I would not say anything...But its every time. I see it as delivered, I walk all the way across the plan to check the mail. Nothing.

When using google map navigation directions off of DelAmo it takes you down Civic Circle Dr instead of Clark. Which is where the physical address is and the correct location is. Love using Google Maps its usually gets me where I need to be, but every now and then it has its glitches.

This is the worst Post Office ever. I mailed out a package that cost me an arm and a leg and no-one can tell me where it is. Ill say this please dont use this Post Office because there is no guarantee that you will receive your packages

Service was generally good until about five months ago. Now, theres a lot of turnover of carriers. The result: other people are getting my mail and Im getting theirs. I have no idea whats simply been lost or discarded. VERY annoying.

I NEED A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I jave sent 2 (TWO) packages to my buyer and paid for shipping twice. Why are you NOT delivering my packages?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I expect FULL REFUND FOR SHIPPING!

It is often busy, but the automatic kiosk great. I often buy postage packages and drop them off. Buy stamps this way too sometimes.
