Nearly everyday I get other peoples mail. When I first moved into my place, I thought it was just the lack of forwarding address. Its been over 3 months and the post man has started delivering packages to our house when the address is clearly printed on the package and our address is clearly marked numerically over the mailbox. In two consecutive days I received a neighbors packages in my mailbox. So the second time it happened I walked down the street to deliver it myself. I couldnt find the house so I stopped the mailman when he started delivering mail to the other side of the block. "Excuse me, you delivered these to the wrong house, I cant find it so hopefully you can." He read out the address and was able to read it properly.Nearly everyday I get other peoples mail. My first couple on months, I collected a grocery store bag full of mail that didnt belong to us so that I could give it to the post man in bulk. In two consecutive days I received a neighbors packages in my mailbox. So the second time it happened I walked down the street to deliver it myself. I couldnt find the house so I stopped the mailman when he started delivering mail to the other side of the block. "Excuse me, you delivered these to the wrong house, I cant find it so hopefully you can." He read out the address and was able to read it properly. 10 minutes later he drove back up to my house because he either forgot to deliver a package in the mail for me, or a neighbor caught the error and sent him back my way to deliver properly. I hope other neighbors are good about getting mail back out to their neighbors since the post man has selective illiteracy. Yesterday was the first time I got the dreaded "we missed you" notice for a package. I am hoping it wont be a problem getting my package going into the office :/ I dont understand why he can deliver other packages to me, and then leaves a note for my proper packages.

IDK, maybe Ive been desensitized by living in the abyss of customer service that is the SGV my whole life, but I dont go to places like my local post office expecting to be all buddy-buddy with the staff. I get in, get my stuff done, get out. Yes, some of them can be a bit short and not exactly polite, but Ive never felt demeaned by any of them. And any time Ive had issues with delivery - a carrier leaving my packages in strange locations/not attempting delivery at all - Ive just raised a complaint with the manager, and it usually gets addressed without much issue. Theres also one guy, usually on the right-hand side dealing with package drop-off and pickup - I forget his name, unfortunately - who Ive seen on multiple occasions talking people through package concerns and whatnot, and the one time I had a minor hiccup with getting my mail delivered after a package hold, he called to make sure afterwards that I had gotten my items. To me, thats going above and beyond the call of duty at someplace like the local USPS, so hats off to him. Youll know who Im talking about if you ever actually get to interact with him. Also, after tracking packages leaving from other post offices, these people work absurdly fast. Almost always without fail things get moving within the day and are out to the sorting center in the City of Industry within a 24 hour window, and from there things zip along quickly. Other places will let things languish a day or two at their office or at an intermediate location before finally heading to Los Angeles, which can make a big difference in delivery time.

I know that my package will arrive today, and I will be at home all day waiting for my package. It was 2:05 p.m., and I checked my package on the Internet and told me that I had to go to the post office the next day because nobody had received it. The truth is, Ive been at home, and nobodys knocking at my door! Maybe because my package is a little bit heavier,maybe the cause is my name?Whatever lying says my package is uncollected, what a moral hazard! ................ I left a message on the USPS website and asked to send it to me again the next day, and I received the confirmation email sent by USPS to me. The result was a long day of waiting, and still no postman delivered the parcels for me! What makes your employees so irresponsible?

This is one of the worst USPS office that I have ever visited. When I first started selling on amazon, I always purchase shipping labels through amazon which offers sellers really good discount on shipping rate. Then I put on the shipping labels on my package and took them to this USPS office. The USPS officer at the front desk literally charged all of the discount amount that I received from amazon! At that time, I was a new seller, so I didnt know what they are doing. But very soon I found out that I never get that extra charge when I bring my packages to almost any other USPS offices. This USPS officers are greedy and racist. Dont go there!

I have been there twice, employees there has extremely bad attitude and baddddd service. They reject my questions and give no explanation. They are very mean to customers, no smile no eye contact ,only thiing they have is baddddddddddddddddd service . i will not go back to that post office anymore and im highly suggest you guys do not go there as well.

the MAIL MAN is so rude...im working in a clinic everytime he comes he just throwing away the mail in front of me...he is a chinese guy..hope the management can do action for this...and 100% racist..if ur chinese they gonna treat you good but if not they give you a bad attitude...so sad..

Worst postal office ever! No matter how many times Ive called and spoke to a supervisor about delivery preferences of my packages they continue to leave them at the mailbox which results in my packages being stolen. I wrote this review over 3 months ago and it happened again today.

I give a 3 only because ANYTIME or regular Delivery man is off, sick, vacation whatever the case is THE FILLER IS TO LAZY TO WALK UP TO THE DOOR TO DELIVER MAIL SO I BET NO MAIL. Whenever I call to complain WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER, RUDE RUDE DRUDE.

The postman from here that goes to my house nearly always delivers the wrong mail and gives my mail to other houses. Also, whenever I order a package from Amazon, he doesnt even attempt to deliver it before giving me an Attempted Delivery Notice.
