I wanted to move my mail recipient, as I have a wall slot, making it very difficult for mail carrier to place my mail and same for me to remove from the inside of the house. Called and spoke to Pete Estrada, his first response was. "No, we do not allow mail recipients to be moved, or else wed have thousands of people trying to move them". After I explained that I wanted to place a mail box to make it more accessible for everyone and about 10 minutes with him on the phone, Pete finally came to his senses and realized my proposal to move of the mail recipient was in their best interest also, not only mine. At that point Peter said Evelyn Benjamin would call me back the next day to approve. Three days went by and she never called. I decided to stop by post office and talk to her in person. Got there and waited for 46 minutes, Peter walked by and I started talking to him, he remembered our conversation and approved but refused to sign anything. I guess after all it wasnt so bad, but 45 minute waiting for this lady...... Thats just unacceptable.

I have been going to this post office for the last 20 years and it surprised me to see that they got such low reviews while I was searching the web to see what their hours are and it made me to write this review. I got nothing bad to say about them because whenever I was there I saw the staffs are always friendly with every customers and always done their jobs well. I have never got even a tiny problem with them. I am super glad that they are our local post office.

Was here to process the passport for my son. Pros: no appointment needed, not many people waiting on a Friday morning. They also take pictures there and make copies of needed paperwork. Cons: customer service from this lady texting in the picture knowing I was waiting. The other reps were courteous and very pleasant to deal with (when paying for the services and processing the last part of the application)

Hit and miss pending on who helps you. The guy with dreadlocks is kind of dumb, could not find one of my packages for 30 minutes. I waited half hour for the manager and he found it in two minutes. If you are dropping off prepaids, make sure get receipts. Had shipments gone missing.

Nice - Extra effort. I was helping some older friends the other day - had some delivery forms, and I got there right after closing, they checked on them and even had me step inside after closing. Went the extra mile!

Asked a few questions regarding whether it was the post office I should go to for the area that I live in since I missed a drop off and lost the slip. Reception is just rude and full of attitude.

lazy workers who dont know their job. they find it a bother to do the job they are paid for. they will delay your packages and make it a fight to get refunds. this place should be closed down.

Horrible service.. they lost my package and i got $500 charged to my verizon account thanks to them. And on top of that, the idiot at the front desk wouldnt even let me have a piece of tape.

All of the counter employees are very nice and professional. Ive been coming here for years, I moved away almost 4 years ago and I still come to this post office.
