This is the most courteous and helpful post office. I have ever rented a p.o. box from. The staff is amazing, very welcoming, kind, pleasant and professional. They deserve a raise and a lot more. The post office in Santa Fe Springs is very clean most of the time. I have met some great post masters there. Although, they moved them around a lot. The counter staff is amazing. Downey post office has very impolite customer service on Firestone and Lakewood. The post office box prices are ridiculous. The window staff is very freaking rude. They are dominating and nasty personality. I refuse to visit that post office on Lakewood. A 45ft. Clerk was very rude. When I was inquiring about a post office box. I told her. I would never do business there again. I have not.

Wow! Darryl and his co workers could not have been more outstanding when I went to process my passport this morning. I arrived early and they took care of my application anyway. He explained how I could follow up my application, when to expect my passport and answered all my questions. Took away all the anxiety as I was late in putting my application in. Even got me to laugh at myself. This is customer service! Just excellent. What a night and day experience than my visit to another office, Downey post office. Stay away from that one. Travel a little bit and come to the Santa Fe Springs office. They have a Crystal Wing Award on display for customer service and I can say it is well deserved.

Management is rude. Closed on Saturdays and struggled to obtain mail that was certified and signature confirmation. The actual mail clerks and front desk are great. Most of them worked with me as far as obtaining my mail. Accept for the one running the Post Office. She acted like she owned the place and policed it in a bad way. She did not care about me or my mail.

I work in Santa Fe Springs in the accounting dept. sometimes we dont even get mail and we have to be calling the customer to make sure they mailed there check this post office is the worse instead of coming in the morning because its a business they come in the evening or they dont come at all.

AMAZING Customer service!!! After going to the main PO in Downey and receiving horrible service, I headed over here to renew my sons passport.. The lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful. When it comes time to renew the rest of our families passports, I will definitely come here.

The fat manager is rude and a smart ass. I put my mail on hold for 10days and i come to ask for my mail. Then he comments "this isnt a storage place" like as if he dont want to hold my mail for me since i moved. This fat ass manager needs to get punched in his fat double chinn

I rent a PO box here and go in frequently. Staff is knowledgeable and pretty friendly. If any passports are being processed when you go and need help at the counter, it can sometimes slow the customer service down. Some mornings its difficult to find a parking spot.

I always go to this post office for our pasport renewals guy Darryl very cool , he is always the one helping us for our renewals. Very nice and very helpful.

Everytime I order something I track its progress. If it hits Santa Fe Springs CA it stays there for 5 days or more. Slowest USPS in the US.
