MR Management

I went there to apply for my 14 year old passport and I was Humiliated!!! by the USP representative that was in charge in that facility. He was rude to me and my 2 kids. People like him should not be in the front to treat people since he does not behave like one. I contact an attorney to give me advice on how to proceed with this matter that to his opinion I wasnt capable to apply for my kids passport. I went to another post office in East LA and the representative there was amazing. Stop going to that post office not worth it.!

This staff is horrible I had payed to get my mail delivered to the post office and it kept being delivered to my house I asked for my money back because I was paying so much and not once did I get my mail delivered to the post office and they didnt want too and then I also went to get my passport renewed and they told me I couldnt and didnt want to tell me what I needed to renew it they said "you should know" and called the next person in line.

Was not happy with the way I was treated here this post office it is so unorganized especially with trying to get a passport on their website it states on Fridays 10am-3pm then I get there theres a sign says 10am -1pm then a guy comes out with this board saying its full and talking to me as I dont understand I ended up going to Monterey park post office and there they were extremely helpful .

Dont bother calling their phone number. I tried making their life easier by suggesting I can pick up my package didnt even want to look up my package he just assumed my package wasnt there. B.S postal service I know that for sure. I filed for a case on this clerk to their website dont be lazy and do your job!

This post office has Lost 3 Packages of mine now , packages that had been sold online and customers never received because of this place, when asked what happened to packages all they said was that there was nothing they could do about it . Have lost about 100$ worth of items because of them.

i was waiting for the package at home the whole day. no body ring the bell.. and i got a attempted notice in the mailbox... why??? I think the mailman dont wanna walk the stairs..... now i have to take 2 hours off from work to go pick it up ...

They ended up making me pay more than necessary. My first choice was cheaper but they recommended a different way that ended up costing more and didnt allow me to switch to the original without having to pay for both. HORRIBLE "help!"

The service here is definitely better than it was before. The manager here was excellent, quick and straightforward. He was able to help me with an address issue. I really appreciate the great service. Super Post Office.

Had a package delivered to my apt complex in horrible condition. Im glad it wasnt anything breakable. It had been opened as well and taped back shut.
