There is a USPS worker there who is openly rude and unhelpful. Lets call this guy "Tony". A packaged shipment was last scanned at this location upon calling customer service to locate my parcel. I asked him if he could look up the tracking number I had in hand and he reluctantly did so shaking his head. He said I couldve called customer service and when I said I did that first, he literally repeated "I dont care." A person in line behind me came up to my vehicle and explained that "Tony" was just like that. I dont believe people have to be subjected to this type of treatment when asking simple questions. If you dont like your job and are unable to answer questions regarding your job or its functions, do something else. BEWARE.

I am a seller on ebay, so I drop off packages to this post office almost everyday. I print the labels from home and paid extra postage for Tracking Numbers. What upset me is Many of my packages were NOT scanned, the automated message posted "The seller has provided a tracking number. The tracking status will be updated once the shipment reaches the carrier."........this message stayed for 4 or 5 days then I received some bad upset emails from my customers accusing me that I was either cheating or lying pretending the packages have been shipped. Fortunately USPS workers on other States DID their jobs to scan the bar codes to proven the delivery. This has effected my seller rating on shipping.

I Waited my package on the day which it said deliver date. Nothing I recieved by the end of the day when I tracked it , I found out my package was returned to the sender with no reason. I called the post office in San Gabriel. The lady who picked up the phone was so rude and no patient at all which I never ever experienced before! I just do not understand if you have long line waiting or you were busy at the moment why you picked up the phone. You can either hold or no answer that is fine. I can try next time. If you answered the phone why dont you have patient or even a good manner to answer the questions. This is a common sense very basic manner of being a human. I do not get it!

I had some questions regarding an expected package that was undelivered. A male clerk in his 50s or 60s helped me at the office, but he was very rude and impatient the whole time. He cut me off every question I ask, assumed I was asking for something else and tried to defer me elsewhere as soon as possible. He wouldnt even look at me when explaining. It was early in the morning on Monday, and there wasnt even a person behind me. I dont understand the reason to be so impatient and rude is. Please let the personnel at the office know that not every customer knows how USPS works, and we are not supposed to know the answers to questions which may seem unnecessary to them.

I asked a nice man how many stamps does it take for the envelope I had, before he could speak a employee yelled at me saying I needed to weigh it first. Im just a little girl!! Jeez. We were next in line, then got called by the same guy that yelled at me. He told us (my dad and I) that we couldnt ship this item because the box we bought only has a limited pound. My dad was curious and asked a bit more questions, then suddenly the guy said, "You know what Im not gonna talk to you anymore!" , i hated to see my dad so hurt.

The Asian mailman cant seem to deliver my mail properly, cant read large numbers on the side of a building; and has caused many of my packages to be sent back to original sender. On top of that, I went to the post office; Both (2) Asian male worker suck. Absolutely the worst service Ive ever experienced, anywhere. This place is so horrible, it blows me away It should just be shut down by the government. Please - shut it down! (The one Asian lady at the counter and the one white lady are nice though)

Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about as I have never had a bad experience. The staff is very helpful and will answer any questions you have about shipping. I am rating as an amazon seller so I can only speak for how they handle the shipping, not anything else.

The deliver man was yelling at me because he refused to deliver a package, and then I asked why, he told me to talk to his "boss". So I asked him for his bosses name. He yelled some more and then yelled again. This is literally the only post office/postal worker Ive ever had a problem with. What a d-bag.

Very rude Asian employees. Could tell me what to fill out before I had to wait the big o line. The guy who helps people in line didnt want to answer to my quick question about forms. So I had to waste 25 min of my working time just to hear that I got the wrong form. Horrible. Btw Im Asian myself.

Our neighborhood always gets wrong mail. Sometimes, the nice neighbors help deliver the mails if the mail reaches wrong address. Not every neighbor is nice, so it happens a lot of lasting mail.I always try to pick a document in person instead of letting it mailed.

P.O. Box times are ridiculous! They used to be open 24/7, which worked for me since I dont live in the area. Now theyre only open when the post office is open which makes it IMPOSSIBLE for me to check my mail!

its not scanned, no recipes, very suspicious, must request recipes! lost items will not be recorded as shipped even with insurance. Use their services at your own risk!

Parking is horrible, some of the employees are nice but do not ask for tape. Lines are usually long. Its not a quick trip unless you are just dropping off.
