Horrible Experience. I was tired of not getting my mail because I now am down here for my job, and so I tried to get a P.O. Box there. The Management was rude and acted as if he simply did not want to help me from the start. The second I walked over to him, he already had a bad attitude towards me, before I even brought up my problem, nor even spoke a word. His name is Vichael E. Mc Corkle and he is a rude and ignorant man. I will not be returning to this place EVER.

They actually answered the phone and helped me tremendously to redirect a parcel that had the wrong city, state and zip code. Calling USPS direct was no help and I couldnt talk to a live person after trying for a long long time. So I called Artesia post office direct. Ive been going here since as long as I grew up with my parents and as an adult I can rely on their services and friendly staff who have worked there a long time.

Sometimes, the LA Sheriff watched people who did left turn on the solid lane. US Postal Office doesnt really have space for left turn. If you guys dont have luck sometimes, LA Sheriff is watching you guys for giving damn ticket. Hey~!!!! You did left turn on solid lane. so just watch out for that.

On the particular day I went recently, I found a short line with postal workers providing excellent customer service with a branch manager that was out front interacting with customers trying to answer questions and keep the line moving. I appreciated how the workers pitched in to help one another.

Trip to the post office is never fun, nonetheless this location compared to the Carmenita one is a bit more organized. In general, the staff/service is way faster, dropped off packages are scanned in a timely manner. Open till 5pm.
