Bad customer service. Always have problems with this location when it comes to packages. Dont understand why companies like FedEx and UPS use the USPS to do part of its deliveries.. They get an F for effort and the manager is the rudest individual Ive had the misfortune to have to deal with.. I avoid this place but companies keep sending my stuff to them.. Maybe I should consider changing those companies that insist on sending my stuff this way and find other methods.

Im still waiting for a package i was suppose to receive on August 18. After not receiving it through delivery, i went to see if i can pick it up, a lady working there told me they sent it out to be redelivered. The next day i went again because i havent gotten it, a different lady told me the same thing and i should get it. I never got it the same day. So i called to have it delivered on Saturday and I was waiting for it but it never came. Still waiting

One of the employs was extremely rude. I was asking questions pertaining to my mail only to be answered by questions; the sort of which I saw as irrelevant. After evading the question, the employee remarked very rudely, hanging up before I had the chance to ask for his name. This is a horrible precedent for USPS employees. The goal of their customer service doesnt seem to be serving the customer. Nice job Mr. Anonymous.

Well opens at 9am first of all even when they couldnt help me (I apologize for the description) the Asian Lady wearing glasses and short hair to the shoulders was truly nice and helpful.

The rude employees are long gone.... The nice lady attended me and even hooked me up with some free labels ... Only strict one is the old lady but she will still help
