I purchased an item from a seller in California who mailed it through the Glendale Post Office, the package was accepted by the Glendale Post Office on March 9, 2017 at 6:05 PM since then there has been no other information on the USPS Tracking site, today in March 31, 2017. I phones the USPS after 10 days re the missing package and they opened a "package search" and I was to receive a call back within 3 days, I was not called I waited a week and called USPS again, then they opened a missing package "case" and again I was to receive a call within a week, I waited 10 days but was not notified and called again only to be told by the automated system that my case was "resolved". I call USPS again and another "missing package case" was opened. The next day I received two calls one from the Bellmar NJ USPS rep who assured me she would resolve the case, I then received a call with a left message from a Hazel Sanchez of the Glendale Post Office telling me she was investigating the missing package and that I should call back and talk to a Mr. Siena ( dont know if the spelling is correct for the name). I called back the next day and had to give Ms Sanchez my tracking number, was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then she came back on line asking me "are you being helped". I said I just talked to you and gave you my tracking info and you put me on hold, I had to tell her who I was as if she never talked to me, she then said she was transferring me to the Glendale Post Office Manager, but never gave me his name, I waited 5 minutes and an Oriental accented gentleman answered the phone, I explained to him the whole history of the missing package, that the seller had dropped the package at the Glendale Post Office on March 9th and had already been there to check on it after I informed him the package was missing I told the Manager that 2 missing package cases had already been opened by the USPS and that it was confirmed that the package was "accepted" by the Glendale Post Office, i explained all the conversations I had already had with the USPS but then he began arguing with me that the package may only have had a shipping label created and was never in the Glendale Post Office, he would not stop talking insisting that I did not understand the system, that the package was never at his post office, and making excuse after excuse, one of which was that the package was taken to another facility, I interrupted him and asked if it was a USPS facility and he said yes, I then after listening to his rhetoric for 10 minutes said, You had my package it was received by your post office, find my dam package, he then replied " if that is how you are Im not going to look for it" and hung up on me. This Manager should be fired in my opinion or if not severely reprimanded for his ignorant attitude. I will peruse this to the fullest with the USPS

Absolutely terrible, disorganized and very lazy staff. The passport line was 5 hours of a wait just to handle 1 thing. No exaggeration 4.5 hours. Of Waiting in line. Children crying everywhere of people who just as myself, came to handle one thing and ended up waiting ridiculous amounts of time. I dont know if its the lack of employees or lack of care to do their job but i will NEVER again show up here. Id rather not lose an entire day to 0 customer service, watching employees take break after break at the speed of a sloth while the already chaotic line of waiting and dissatisfied people increases. Ensuring things get done at a post office cannot be rocket science. Terrible post office!!!

The worst post office I have ever dealt with. They delivered an important piece of first class mail to the wrong address (not even close to mine) and let a stranger sign for it. It has been 10 days of them telling me conflicting things, giving me two different addresses they thing they mailed it to. They are completely unorganized and have no idea whats going on. Everyday I talk to someone new there and everyday they tell me something different. So annoying

Guys I give them one star but this star is more for them .They are racist there unfair hiring practice going on at the workplace. or is it discrimination because the only race I see working at the counter are all Asian. This is the United States of America and we want to see our post office clerks represent all races. All the counter clerks are all Asian... what a shame they are robber this USPS office is worst counter worker I never seen .

If I could give 0 starts I would. No one knows what they are doing here, ESPECIALLY the manager. Worst post office ever! Went to register for a PO box and they somehow overcharged me by $316. Mailed out a package and asked for International priority with tracking which they failed to do, so now my package with a value of over $600 is now floating around internationally and no one can tell me where it is and why it hasnt been delivered.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Calling them by phone takes ages since they refuse to answer their calls and the off chances when they do answer they are very, very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. When visiting the actual post office theres one guy and a lady that are usually nice but thats about it (and thats the only reason its not getting 1 star)

Everyone is great at this post office, friendly and helpful. This location has a machine you can use to weigh your packages and get postage yourself, in the event the line is too long. Usually they have several windows open, so the line for mailing letters and packages moves fast. I enjoy coming to this post office and I come a lot! Thank you, guys.

They almost never answer the phone, I called over 2 days more than 25 times and they picked up once. When i finally spoke with someone its like I interrupted their nap, they were so grumpy and not able/willing to help track my package. Ive definitely been to better post offices.

Beware: whenever checking hours of operation, check a few places and assume they open the latest hour and call before you go. If they dont pick up that is a red flag for you not to make a trip there if you are on a time limit.
