Placed my MAIL on hold for a month at the Market St location on February 5th I had to leave to take care of my MOTHER who also passed during time. I returned before my expired date in March which was the beginning of the month I was advised to call the Annex so my mail could be brought over for pickup the next day on Market. So since I was going to be moving I did a change of address and open a PO Box while I was there... I returned the next day to pick up my mail and nothing had been brought over this sent me over, it was a bad place in Life for me because I had just lost my Mom l was looking for a few checks and my normal bills for the month?? When calling the Annex back All I received from the Annex Supervisors Araphuis and Robert were rudeness and very bad attitudes and no concerns for my lost mail or my Mothers loss and Robert who is rude and has a very smart mouth and no Customer Service skills who works the front window at the Market location I guess he could also be a supervisor who also lack the love for his job! I drove the city found my mail carrier who still had some of my mail but was it was bar coded to RTS? So instead of my Mail being HELD someone of the Post Office one their Employees dropped the ball it starts from the front desk when filling out the Request form to Hold my MAIL but instead my MAIL was RTS I have proof because a few of my creditor sent me the date stamp envelope s with the RTS yellow barcode still on the envelope. Yes Ive filled a former complaint. Welp I went in this past Saturday and still I have an empty PO Box?? Smh just horrible service.

Two package delivery fails in two days. Monday they flagged the first package as delivery attempted with notice left. The only notice they left on Monday was for my roommate. It was dated Friday, but wasnt with the mail they delivered Friday. It took five minutes to get someone to answer the phone and they gave me some nonsense about the other post office being responsible for delivery. Apparently they dont realize the 800 number will tell you exactly which office delivers to you. I was expecting a second package Tuesday and the first one which I had requested redelivery on Monday night. Neither package was delivered that day either.

nuff said....ashamed to call this my post office...read all the reviews and its all true...theres a serious lack of competent ppl who really care...its partially neighborhood and location, so many issues with this post office...I wish they would close it and rebuild a nicer location on atlantic with better parking and maybe 24 access to P.O. Boxes...so until that happens we will complain and possibly not get heard...I just hope that is not true.

ATTENTION....use a different mail carry service. These guys dont ever answer calls and hold packages saying they are not paid in full for postsge!!!!! My package i shipped to my buyer was accepted in houston, los angekes, beveryhills, arizona, new mexico, now theyre saying I need more postage?!?!? Really?!?!,! No, you need a new scale! Horrible. These guys arevthe reason USPS is gling out of buisness ... no customer care hete!

Never answer their phone. Our 90805 carrier sucks. He never delivers packages. Ever.. We prop our gate open, but he will leave a delivery attempt notice instead of leave the package on our door step. Other times hes marked my package as "undeliverable" despite matching shipping and label info.. Probably wanted to snake my package..its a regular problem. Ugh.

REALLY UPSET! Came in, everything was fine. till my transaction did not go well. we had to re do one of my transaction with Supervisor Kiwan Jackson thinking she was going to refund me for a mistake that she did. she did not know how to process a refund. she gave me her business card and said she will call me back. NO CALL...STIL;L WAITING. POOR SERVICE

worst post office! they NEVER answer their phones for one. Im in Australia and had a package directed there for my friend in Long Beach to pick up yet when she went in to collect it with her id, they said she couldnt pick it up because her name wasnt on the package when i know i directed it to her. So frustrating!!!

OK, the mark as delivered,or they deliver to the wrong address,very bad service,so everything is bad! theres nothing good to say from this office and the people who deliver all the mail,its bad really bad!!! People we have to complain with the manager or person in charge of this area.

My PO Box was moved to this location when the Bixby Station LOSS THEIR LEASE! Yes, a US Post Office loss their lease forcing many of us to tread upon this sacred ground, and how dare we, actually have a question for the PO (Pissed off Oracles)? Rude staff.

Acknowledging that civil service employees have a daunting chore, I have to say, calling this office is extremely frustrating. The phone just rings until it stops. No announcement of any kind. Thats RUDE ad well as poor customer service.

Its a good post office,. But who ever did the steps to walk in, did a poor job. Its hard if you live in the West coming east to the post office, you have to go around the steps east to go around and go back West to get in the office.

Does not deliver packages...Dont ever answer the phone. Went to office to pick up package. They didnt have it. Christy at the front desk took my number and said she will call me once package is located. Still waiting for the call.....

Looks like a rat hole outside and a bit confusing as to which door to enter but the employees and postmaster are top notch as well as my carriers. Great service, always friendly and fast. Hats off to a well run department. John Zunich
