The supervisor named Myisah (the spelling may be wrong) was very rude to me and insensitive to my situation. My package valued at over $150 and all she could tell me was that it was being returned back to the Bell Gardens Post Office without giving me a reason. The package came from Fed-Ex and was being delivered to my Post Office Box, but it never made it there. For some reason she kept saying my address was wrong, but it was correct! Furthermore, she wouldnt even take the time to look up the tracking number in the system to see why it was returned. When I asked her to repeat the tracking number back to me, she had it wrong and wouldnt even take the time to correct it and search for it in the system. The reason I have a PO box which I pay $180yr is because the mailman would always deliver my packages to other peoples home. Thank goodness I have honest neighbors that would bring my packages to me. But after this keeps happening year after year, I finally purchased a PO box. The people at the main Carson Post Office on 213th dont care about the customers or the mail.... theyre just there for the money!

Poor service. My experience was asking one strip of tape to seal my box for a return item to be mailed back. The lady there (showing her tattoos on her wrist) said it would be no problem and all I needed to do is ask one of the workers when my turn came up. At the booth I was told they were unable to this for me, I politely explained the supervisor said an exception would be made. The same person who said it would be okay approached me and told me I had to be charged $4.95 to do this. I told her how this can be, you just told me you'd make an favor for me! She said you either buy the tape or just leave. I bought the damn roll of tape and sealed my box on my own & gave the tape back I just bought and gave it to them. I called to file a complaint a person said to hold but they left the phone open and never spoke with me after waiting 5 minutes on the line.

For the last few months, I have noticed all of my packages have been not delivered, due to the USPS, not having access to the mailboxes. I cant figure, why doesnt USPS, have access. They have no issues delivering regular mail to the mailboxes, but just not the packages. I have never received a info notice, regarding any delivery attempt. My last package, as per the tracking, dated 05/20/2017, was held and they would deliver the next business day. I notice the package wasnt redelivered as noted, but had to call, so I can have can pick the package up. This is the 4th time in the last 2 months....completely unacceptable!!! I even had a mail person, update a delivery attempt, and wasnt even at my location. I notice the tracking was updated only a few minutes, so I ran downstairs and caught the mail person, so I wouldnt have to wait for my package. The nerve!!!

too bad we are stuck with it as our home post office. they havent gotten anything right yet. we ask to hold the mail for 2 weeks, about once a year, clearly indicating to deliver all the held mail on the date of our return. They havent done it ever yet. Nope, no mail. Not the next day, not the day after. Called them every time, they couldnt find the mail. Took the time off from work, stopped by there - couldnt find my mail for the last 2 weeks. Its unbelievable every year, they apologize and yet it happens again and again. A week later they find the mail and deliver it all ripped up. Every year. MORONS! Update: : years later, still keep trying to hold the mail once a year. They just keep stuffing it into the tiny mailbox, together with my notice to hold the mail. Theres no hope for the brainless postal workers.

They dont knock, and leave pink slips when we are at home and waiting for packages to arrive. It only happens with large packages. I assume this is because the drivers dont want to carry the package from their trucks to our door. It sounds like Im jumping to conclusions, but this has happened more than 10 times. I have NEVER gotten a large package from this post office on the first attempt, and there is ALWAYS someone in my house waiting to receive them. I think the mail carriers at this location are lazy. Google tells me the salary for mail carriers at USPS is between 40k and 60k. Even if it were only 30k, I would expect them to make more of an effort than they currently do. They need to fire more mail carriers, and find people who are actually willing to earn their pay.

AWFUL SERVICE, INACCURATE INFORMATION SYSTEM First off, they lie about attempting to deliver a package to my home. They stated on their online tracking system that they attempted to deliver one day but did not even attempt to delver until the next. Second, when they did try to deliver they did not even go to my door. They just slipped a "Sorry we missed you" note into my mailbox. Being that they lied and inaccurately posted on their online tracking system that my package would be available for pickup at this location, I wasted time and gas going to the Carson USPS location just so they could tell me that my package was in Long Beach- which the online tracking system said nothing about. Unfortunately, Im stuck with this office being the location I reside in.

Is it me or did everyone is this post office lost respect for there customer. No such thing as politeness and they dont do there job that they are being paid for. All I need it was scan forms to be scan for a large amount of mail that I was dropping off. The worker named VINCE completely ignored passed by me and said nothing me when he saw me in the back loading dock I was the only person there. Did not offer to help until I spoke and told him what I needed and he said was just leave the mail there Im not gonna scan the forms and walked away and kept ignoring me. I did not yell or raise my voice once. Unbelievable. Very disappointed with this service. The sad part is that is the only post office that is near by.

Was returning a package and it ended up here. I kept checking tracking and it said USPS attempted to deliver but the business was closed and it would attempt later. That was over a month ago. I tried to reschedule a redelivery to the business but it said that the package had been "returned to sender" (me) but I have yet to receive anything. I have no idea where my package is now and it will probably never be found. I bet its lost in the depth of this awful quality post office under a pile of stuff. I had over $100 worth of items that was lost. When I try to call this post office I just get an automated message. Thanks a lot Carson USPS. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I live on the east coast in New Jersey and I sent a package last Monday 2/8/16 through USPS in an attempt to return a purchase. It is now 2/17/16 and the package has not yet been delivered to its destination. The tracking said they tried to deliver it on 2/10 but the business was closed and that it would be delivered the next business day its open. Well, it has been a week now and the tracking has not changed which means my package is still being held at the Carson post office. Tried to call a handful of times and the phone just rang for minutes until I hung up. AVOID THIS POST OFFICE IF YOU CAN!!!!
