I absolutely HATE this location. Rude! Unprofessional! Poor customer service! This bald head worker actually had the nerve to tell me to "be a parent" because my TWO YEAR OLD baby was running and did not listen when told to stop. Shes a baby! A toddler! Maybe his mother should have been a better parent and taught him some respect. I felt so disrespected and was told I couldnt speak to a supervisor until after 10am. It was 9:30 am at the time. Its not his job to tell me how to parent my child. Its his job to stands behind that window and do what he was paid to do. I should contact Postmasters because this isnt the only bad service Ive received here. Not all the workers are like that but the few Ive encountered are rude.

Ive been there a couple of times so that I can put my mail on hold meanwhile Im on vacation. Usually I just go there and all they need is my address to find my mail. I recently went back to the offices and at first a young lady was helpful. She couldnt find my mail however so an older grey haired latino man came from the back area. He asked me for some paper and I told him I didnt have it. In fact I told him Ive never had to bring it. Then he started having a mental breakdown.He taking out his anger on me! I tried asking him questions in a calm manner despite his rude behavior but he kept on yelling at me. If I ever see him again Ill teach him a lesson or 2 on respect.

I cant believe that our mail goes to a lazy corporation like USPS. They shipped my first order to an unknown location and werent able to track, I was not reimbursed for their bad work. Second time, they were too lazy to deliver my item to the front door, instead they left a notification that said that they failed to deliver the item. Everytime i order online I pray that its not from USPS because they lose everything. The customer service sucks, they supposedly do investigations but lost items cant be found if you cant track it down in the first place. USPS is the worst delivery company to trust when it comes to purchasing valuables.

Great staff very helpful but the wait is ridiculous. To @oscarMolina that is probably the most ignorant thing I have seen all day "its Compton what do you expect " smh thats a pitiful statement to make the point of the matter is all the usps suck no matter the area I have done a ton of business in Beverly Hills and they suck just as bad. Think before you speak so you dont show people who you really are. Anyway step it up usps you really need to hire more ppl it makes no sense to wait in line for almost an hour and Im just sending something .

EVERYTIME I GO THEY ARE RUDE EASY TO TALK CRAP BEHIND PLASTIC GLASS. YESTERDAY 3/15/2017 I GOT THERE WHEN CLOSING THERE WAS A POST MAN OR LADY COULDNT TELL HAD A HAT, I AM WHEELCHAIR BOUND IN MY TRUCK WHEN I PULL UP POST PERSON TALKING AWAY WITH ANOTHER PERSON, DOOR OPEN TELLS ME CLOSE I SAID JUST WANT TO DROP A8 ENVELOPE, SHE SAID FIND A MAILBOX OUT IN STREET AND WALK IN CLOSING DOOR. VERY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL PERSON. VERY RACISTS TOO BROWN LIFES MATTERS!!! AS WELL AS ALL LIFES MATTER!!! DISRESPECTFUL POST OFFFICE! F+

Worst post office ever! Its compton what can you expect from people who work there! I called at 8am to find out if they did passports the phone rang and rang finally someone picked up and said were not open until 9am.... Im thinking ok......thats not the question I needed to ask he repeated were not open until 9am I said then why pick up the phone and his reply was hearing the phone ringing is annoying! I could not beleive his response! Wait a minute yes I can its COMPTON...LMAO

I dont know what people are talking about. Ive been there several time and I have never been dealt with with rudeness etc. In fact, the complete opposite! Ive packaged several things that didnt quite fit the package I had and the staff there were very nice in helping me find the best box for it and help me with the lowest shipping rate. I was surprised since I thought they would be angry and rude but it was the opposite. The staff is quite lively and happy if you ask me.

During the absence of my regular mail person, a package was attempted for delivery 8/20/15, the store was closed, but the package went back to the post office but tracked as in transit white it was in a wrong spot in the post-office. I called the post office, Charles was very nice. Answered the phone professionally, located my package and handed it over to the regular post person. Many thanks to Charles.

In checking Saturday hours, I was amazed to read the negative comments--I have a small Amazon/Ebay business, and this is my post office of choice. The counter service is wonderful, and I am guessing that the others who wrote were projecting bad vibes. Kenny is my favorite, but all the current employees are courteous and friendly, and I dont observe them behaving otherwise to others.

Hate this post office why is it that they can never find my packages yet they said delivered? On many accounts caught the mail people keeping packages for themselves and when we go complain they say they are new workers and dont know better hello? Everyone knows you shouldnt keep hide or dispose of things that arent yours plus when you walk into the post office everyones so rude!!!

I was expecting a frustrating phone call when I contacted this location based on pervious reviews I read about on here, but a wonderful woman named Doris was EXTREMELY helpful and polite and went out of her way to solve my problem in a very calm and professional manner. Give that woman a raise!!! Best call Ive had with USPS for sure

I am positively sure delivery man is taking the package. always missing and the office people cant find the package...sender cant do anything cause stats says delivered...but where is my stuffs? very strange!! this post office is really horrible. I have been calling this office for two days non-stop. The only time they picked up they hung up on me saying "call back in fifteen minutes, we have a postal emergency". What does that even mean? And why did no one answer for the next two days!? My customers are very disappointed their orders have not arrived yet.

Not sure what the heck is going on but when its not my normal mail carrier I dont seem to get mail lately. Havent even seen the truck on my street today & my dog lets me know as soon as she hears the truck go by. Im missing both mail and packages. Never had an issue till I moved to Compton, total BS!!!

So because they have consistently delivered packages LATE, over 10days, continue to deliver my mail to my neighbor for the last two years, and NEVER answer their phone, I have to take time off from MY job because they are ultimate FAILURES at THEIR JOBS. Gotta love the US postal service in compton!
