Oh boy what can I say? This is far the worst post office Ive ever been to! Forget the customer service here...they have probably not heard of it or it just doesnt exists in their vocabulary. These employees here are so hostiles (except for the asian lady). The two latinas who always work in the front are not very friendly especially the one who wears a lot of make up on. She looks angry all the time and she serves customers like she is always in a hurry. I wasnt going to write this review because I know i can take a punch from a "zero customer service" attitude. but them missing my package got me into writing this review. Not one of them could tell me a straight answer of what could have happened or the whereabouts of my package. It was very disappointing. It was that same Latina lady with no smile and zero customer service who took my package! She was again in a hurry to take it and move on to the next. I submitted a complaint and they ended up telling me to file a case. My take on this....Send them to training! teach them what customer service is.

This post office last month almost sent back a package that had only been at that location for two days. This month a package with TRACKING was scanned in on a Monday, went missing until FRIDAY. In between they told me I had picked it up - as that is the only reason it wasnt in the back. I paid for transcripts last month, a full month ago and only two out of the four have arrived! Where are the others? Sadly, this post office has behaved in this fashion for decades, this is the location, Im almost sure is a lemon location. If they cant get rid of the people elsewhere, they are sent here to Sunland. Why the Inspector General isnt all over this place is suspicious. Ive told the clerk there, the next time and each and everytime hereafter that some shananigan goes on with my post, Im submitting an inquiry to the Inspector General of the Post. Now, all my important mail is sent to my work location. As this is located in a City with an effective mail system.

Awful!! I must have a new mail carrier, last week she forgot to deliver my packages and I had to track her/them down and today I received a notice that they were supposedly delivered to my front door and they are not here...I know they werent stolen because Ive been here the entire day. Of course, you cant call anyone and the automated service is of no use so now because of the holiday weekend I have to wait until Tuesday to figure out who she delivered them to! Only thing I can hope for now is that the person that receivef them will be honest enough and return them to the proper address. Annoyed and pissed!!

Have to say that there is nothing positive to say about my experience with the lady at the post office. Got a slip in the mail saying I could pick up my package, so I go thinking my package would be there ready for pickup. She takes one look at my slip and says to me it wont be ready till Monday. I look at her and say I paid for two day shipping and it says its ready for pickup on the slip. The lady never looked in the back to check or even attempted to be remotely helpful, and simply said no. I placed a formal complaint about her to her superiors and he stated it is not the first time.

Dont get Martina when you go in, get anyone else. She tried to tell me my signature wasnt my signature and previously had tried to tell me I couldnt use a stamp that there was nothing wrong with and I had to take it to another post office that told me it was fine. This post office also doesnt have street mail drop off, nor does it have a self-serve postage machine. Poor service and poor quality.

Very very rude staff, they just want you to leave the place rather to give their service, I also noticed one of the staff had a headphone on her ears, they get paied but dont want to do their job, just compare the rating from Montrose post office and you will see the difference.

Worst post office experience. Went there to mail a package and had very rude lip smucking attendant! Very unprofessional!! Next time will drive to UPS.
