This place is DISGUSTING! There was trash everywhere and I even saw roaches on the floor. There was a HUGE line of people there waiting to do simple tasks but only one employee attending everyone and she did not even look like she wanted to help. She took her time and even stepped to the back a few times and left us waiting. I didnt even get to pick up my package that their mailman failed to deliver although I was home waiting for it because the line was so long and I went during my lunch time to get it. No knock or notice left until I received a notice that I had to pick up my package before the next day to avoid it being returned to the sender. This place is horrible and unprofessional but most of all it is filthy and disgusting. All in all, I think this place needs someone to come and fix it up or at least hire another person! We are paying these people out of our tax money to have this terrible service? Truly appalling. Get it together USPS!

This location is filled with RUDE EMPLOYEES! The service here sucks! The mailman left a "sorry we missed you" notice with the mail already filled out didnt even bother knocking on the door. JUST PLAIN LAZY! Ive had times when Ive called this location and no one answers the phone. I have had one too many incidents here! This is why USPS is going out of business! These people have no type of customer service. As I am writing this I am calling the location with no answer this must be my 10x calling. Now I know to take my business elsewhere! It doesnt even deserve this ONE STAR I am giving.

I was supposed to receive an order and I checked my tracking status it said it had arrived to southgate and was on its way to my home. I live in south gate okay and I dont know how the heck it ended up in Compton. Mail employees dont know how to check adresses on packages or whats the issue

I dont think they try to delivery my mail i didnt receive any notification of it and i called to make a redelivery and they didnt ! I have cameras and they didnt come to the house ! Thw worst of the worst!

I went there last year and the place was messy, trash all over the floor. I even asked a guy behind the counter if I could have a broom to do it myself. It was that bad.

There service sucks ,I order stuff and the post man sends it to the wrong house ,the adress is correct but the post guy just sucks at his job
