This place here has the worst customer service I actually dont even look forward to ordering online because Ill have to deal with these people. Who ever is in charge of hiring people here should be fired because its obvious this person has poor training skills and management skills. Was forced to give one star; they do not even deserve that.

Lol... No parking? Theres a big parking lot on the side of the building, but everyone wants to park on the street... Most of the staff is nice there or at least not mean like other locations. Sometimes they can act like robots though.

Lynwood Post Office on Long Beach has terrible customer service! It is VERY frustrating to deal with the staff at that post office. What happen to customer service? There is absolutely NO caring for the customer.

I would say that service is GOOD in comparison. Americans have become very spoiled. We r reaping the whirlwind of the "ME" generation. Thats the American flag waving over the office. Have a little respect & honor.

No parking area and its located in the busiest street. Great service if youre dropping off pre-paid packages. I would like they were open a longer time on the weekend.

Never had a problem here. Theyve never lost my mail, which is awesome. Parking can suck bit this is a very old location/building so nbd.
