I guess my last review did not go through. I had sent it few hours @ 6PM yesterday. I will never go to this PO anymore. Heres what happened. It was 5PM unsure exactly what time it was.. but to my luck the PO door was opened. So I went in. There were two customers on line. Immediately the PO agent woman saw me and said, "We are closed after her thats it.. pointing to customer in front of me." I was already in, the door was opened and I did not say anything but thought she would change her mind.. so I continued to stand there. After serving customer, she turned again to me and said.. "We are closed after her thats it.." So I said "But the door is locked one of your agents just locked door I cant get out.." So the agent then heard this mess opened door. I left. :( feeling so disgusted! One customer leaving saw me.. was so upset of how rude the agent was. She said I should have stayed I was already in. It was so disgusting knowing very well how often I go to this PO almost everyday. And this rude agent I just saw her the day before. :( If it was a private business I dont think I would be treated like this! So sad. Please. next time close your door then when its closing time - 5PM! It was not my fault your door was opened! Lovely service you got there post office at Santa Fe! Keep up the great job and the fact that you are located opposite from St. Lucy church meant nada to you. My tax money at work! WOW!

I have been going to this post office for 30 years. Employees were always pleasant until the last year or so when there was a change in employees...very rude and condescending...and not just to me! When I got to window, an African American woman was busy cleaning her cell phone screen...I proceed to speak and she did not respond so I stopped and waited for her to finish. When she was done she then answered my questions very rudely.

I know post offices are normally slow because of the amount of people who are there on a daily basis. However, the service is absolutely horrible. Diana had a really bad attitude towards people who are unsure of how to utilize the "extra services". She was very impatient and unpleasant. I believe that service, especially when assisting others, should be patient and understanding of the needs of customers. She proved otherwise.

I am truly beyond bummed. We live in a day and age where you should never leave a package on someones door step. especially out in the open As a mail Women or Man it is your responiblity to insure we get our packages. If we are not at home, you should leave a note for us to pick it up. Unfortunitly this mail women failed at her job and left my package out in the open and of course it was stollen.

I dont give them 0 because there is no option but this office is the worst office they have a sign at the door that says open Saturday and they never open there is always people outside waiting the worst ever

Perhaps im the exception but I have never had a bad experience here. The lines arent long and the people assisting have been helpful when I need to drop off a package or buy something.

Diana is the worst of the employees (real POS). She has this attitude like she hasnt gotten sleep for years. Shes the typical person you avoid at DMVs and offices overall.
