Want the worst customer service ever? Do you want to be told by a lazy employee whose literally standing around, doing nothing to come back at 11am even though picks up are suppose to be available at 9? Then come here. Its comedic how appallingly poor the customer service is at this place. They will not deliver your packages on time and will lazily just mark in your stuff for pick up instead of simply delivering it to your address. I avoid this place like the plague but they constantly keep forcing to come here and pick up my packages. Awful, disrespectful and despicable employees. If there was a zero star rating... well you know...

This was my first time.. there was no customer support at the desk for at least over 10 minutes. Then when the lady finally appeared she asked those waiting if they knew that there were other locations within the area and then we couldve went there . I told her.."Well, Im from Virginia I had to look on Google to find this location" her response was "how about that" I think she should be fired it was totally rude and uncalled for

THE YOUNG LADY DELIVERED OUR MAIL TODAY 5/14/2015 AT 429 W MANCHESTER BL, IN INGLEWOOD,CA NEVER CAME BACK TO TAKE OUR PACKAGES AS PROMISED. THIS IS THE 2nd TIME SHE HAS DONE THIS TO US .THE SAME GIRL EACH TIME.SHE SHOULD NOT LIE, IF SHES NOT COMING BACK JUST TELL THE TRUTH SO WE CAN MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. As an eBay seller i am very happy that the clerk gave all my packages an acceptance scan and gave me a receipt. While the post office in Gardena were very hesitant to give my packages an acceptance scan without a SCAN form.

Horrible costumer service, never answer the phone, wrong delivery date and time, package was never delivered on time. I had to personally come to pick up my package... So much for paying $15 for shipping and handling.

Id give this no stars if I could. The service is slow. The lady takes her sweet damn time especially when theres a long line. They are also very rude and their office is rarely open. Very lazy people work here.

The plaza is undergoing remodeling and the United States Postal Service is not open. Prior to remodeling it was excellent. Only one employee, but she was exceptional. Professional, patience and informative.
