Randy "supervisor" VERY RUDE AND JUST RUNS YOU OFF THE PHONE. As for scheduled pick ups? ridiculous. They dont care what time you close or what time your scheduled pick up is because they like to come when they feel like it and AFTER HOURS. If you dont like your job, why are you working there? get better employees who like delivering and picking up mail with a smile on their face and not a stank ass look on their face EVERYDAY on the job. This is an EVERYDAY ISSUE with this post office. Unfortunately this is where my business is located so i have to deal with it before switching to a new courier or new post office nearby!

Sent a very valuable package from Florida to San Pedro California address. Somehow communication on where the package should be dropped off led to a reroute back to this San Pedro Post Office. (Not the fault of the Delivery Worker). Maria and Randy were both very helpful in getting the package delivered to its destination on time. It is very hard these days to get good, quality work from employees these days. Thank you very much Maria and Randy. God Bless you both.

Horrible service.. I call them to track a package because i would like to know why it was not delivered to my home ( i received 1/2 of the stuff so someone must be lazy). The representative just told me to check tomorrow..... obviously they dont have good management at this place and should get new workers that want to do their job.

Rude, No customer service, and lazy .. They dont even deserve one star because they are seriously the worst. Had me looking for my package for 3 days, driving around to different post offices to only find out that it was at this location sitting on the shelf that they were too lazy to go look for it

My condo building at put in (approved) delivery boxes for over sized packages. The delivery person continually fails to use them putting our over sized packages on top of our mail boxes instead where they sometimes disappear. I called the Post Office and they said theyd look in to it.

No wonder the Post Office is in the red. Worst service than Ralphs on Western Ave.! Falsifies delivery dates, and delivers mail to incorrect address. When trying to explain the problems with the Supervisor he gives you some BS and tries to skirt the issue. Hes worthless!

Ive made several complaints about not receiving my pkgs / mail and they still continue to leave my pkgs in a broken mailbox that transients roam through. This is the City of LA Sanitation Dept, a place of business and we still cant get proper mail service.

My mail is constantly lost coming from this office, need to open a investigation case with the postmaster as to the reason why, my mail never gets to me, or is placed at some ones else address, just plain awful!!!

No stamp machines in lobby and only 1 or 2 service windows open; went last week and more than 100 people standing in line! Called them, and voicemail said to expect a wait of more than one hour. Hopeless!

They delivered my jury duty summons a month late, all other mail is a week to two weeks late, and they pick up the mail from my house everyday... except on tax day. Seriously, this post office is awful.

the line is usually long but with 3 windows open it goes fast. Clerks are friendly, know their stuff and professional. Also the building is vintage WPA and gorgeous.
