USPS decided to send my package with destination of Sutter, CA the long route to WA and then CA which resulted in a four day late package and damaged box and items. Jane is unaware of damages as Im in WV and cant contact her yet, but she contacted me on her day off (Saturday) when she received my e-mail of "lost pkg" to say she was definately looking into this to try and find out what happend and would get back to me. As promised, she contacted me on Monday to let me know pkg was found and being delivered today. Jane (last name unknown, but I think a mgr or supervisor IS A GEM!! Her care of customers even though I wasnt in her area and her time on her day off and her amazing personality. WINNER!! Thank you for having such an amazing person working in Sutter, CA Post Office. Carrier left a very expensive package at my front door in the rain and Jane without me asking went back to my home and put it under cover. Outstanding service!!!
