I have been coming to Madrona Car Wash for the past 6 years. There are many negative reviews on yelp about this facility and I have looked into many of them. I understand that sometimes is not 100% satisfaction and some areas are left uncleaned. But arent we all human beings who make mistakes? The workers sometimes miss certain areas or are in a hurry to get you back on the road and they are extremely hard workers. There are instances in where Ive seen that a detail is needed but the customer doesnt want to pay for a full deatil an expects the car to look brand new. Some people want something for nothing which is ridiculous. The management and the staff (Jay, Ghandi, Shan, Felix, Eric) and many more go out of their way to make sure everything is done right. If something is not perfected to your expectation, let the management know in order for them to correct themselves and imporve. I have never been dissapointed with this car wash. All 6 of my cars always look amazing after a car wash and of course a detail. I would not hesitate giving them 5 stars on service, cleanliness, and overall satisfaction. Madrona Car Wash is the best car wash in the West.

CAR WASHERS BE WARNED - absolutely positively do NOT utilize this car wash and/or any of its extended facilities MAJOR DAMAGE TO WINDSHIELD - and they wont take any responsibility or proper actions to correct the issue. LET ME BE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR - I am NOT one that regularly writes online review. I love reading them but actually putting pen to paper to either applaud or criticize a business is not on my daily agenda of priorities. But at this point I want to utilize all of my resources available to present a wrong that the community must be made aware of. Ive filed a BBB complaint, even YELPed about it and plan on moving forward with legal action if this situation is not resolved. I do NOT look for free hand outs. All I expect is honest service where service providers are forthcoming, straight forward and responsible. Errors occur everyday and I understand that. But take responsibility and be accountable for wrong doings. Anybody with a complaint against this institution I highly recommend you file a formal claim as well

My grandma has been coming here for years and I even signed up for their unlimited wash program but I guess I was showing up too often because when they put a tiny little dent in my brand new car and I pointed it out to them, they denied everything, said it couldnt possibly have been them. It would have taken about $5 in touch up paint to fix the problem and I would have been happy and they would have kept a customer who is paying them 500 plus dollars a year to wash his car, but instead they decided to deny everything, so Ill never be back and its a shame because they did do a pretty good job although quite a number of times the windows that I thought looked clean, when I drove away turned out to have had a bit of a residue from the cleaning fluid and wiping. Quite a few dollars in quarters that I use for parking had gone missing more than once to the point where I had to set my smartphone to remind me to take my coin purse out of the car when going to the car wash.

Love this place! I take my car here now and then when I am up in the LA area and it never fails me. It costs me either $9.99 or $14.99 depending on which day I come (this is for a wash and wax) and it is all by hand. It is a great deal considering most places cost up to 30.00+ for a hand washing. My car is pretty filthy by the time it comes around here and it is spotless when I leave. As a pet owner, I have pug hair all over my car, in every nook and cranny, but somehow they manage to get it all out. They hand wash/dry and vacuum out the inside of the car then wax afterwards for a total of 30-45 minutes, so bring something to do with you. It can be busy, especially after work hours so be prepared to wait a little bit if you come during a peak time. I like that they recycle their water, it is not a huge deal, but I think it is a nice aspect that they are eco friendly.

This car wash gives you a 15 cent discount on gas if you get a car wash. The service itself is so-so. Nothing spectacular, but slightly more thorough than the 76 / Torrance Carwash on Sepulveda. Examples: they tape up your antenna or rear wiper to protect it during the machine wash, they blow compressed air into the little nooks and crannies of the car during vacuuming. The staff (combo of Indian managers / Latino personnel) are relatively polite but not overly helpful either. Cashiers are spotty. One Indian cashier is perennially too busy even to look up at you while youre paying for the wash or some merchandise. They take competitor coupons and give you credit even if its expired. Not much choice in South Torrance so this will do.

Do not get your carpets washed here! They left mine damp and the worker informed me that it would dry in two hours by leaving the windows down which I did. The next morning, my carpets were left moldy smelling! Knowing mold is bad for your health and may cause memory loss as well as other health problems, I wanted to get my $29.99 back...especially when they did have a Money Back Guanrantee sign posted. But when I spoke with the manager, he refused. Instead he tried to guit-trip me saying that I do not have a new car, a silly attempt at trying to justify his greedy, deceitful business. I highly recommend not getting your carpets cleaned by this place.

Never will I return, I went to have my car washed , told the person who writes the tickets just wanted simple car wash, he was pushing to sell an upgrade because he noticed my chrome wheels were dirty , I said no thanks the guys will clean them , long story short he kept pressing me , told him what your calling me is a cheap skate , told him I was going to talk to his boss , dont let them fool you about chemical cleaning for chrome wheels Ive owned 26 cars , the management needs to stop pushing upgrades the consumers if they want the extras they will ask for them.., so you want a good customer service car wash there are several near bye.

My little nephew loves it when we go to the Madrona Marsh. The last time we went was right after it rained and he ended up getting all muddy playing. Before I could get him cleaned up he jumped into my front seat and got mud everywhere. I spotted Madrona Car Wash on my way home and decided to pay them a visit after I dropped him off. Not only did they do a great job on the car, but I was in and out of there in no time at all. The little store had a lot neat stuff in it too. My nephew and I are planning to make a lot of trips to the beach this summer, so Im sure Ill be back to Madrona Car Wash before to long.
