First time to this car wash and I will now consider it MY carwash. Every employee I came into contact with was friendly. Even though they had a lot of cars already in line an hour before closing, the wait time was very acceptable. They have three reasonably priced options before you get into the higher priced options. They have a nice waiting area inside and outside, I took advantage of the massage chair inside. When my car was ready, I was very happy with the outside wash and wax. The interior was very clean, you can tell they really took the time to vacuum the floors and clean the seats and upholstery. I even checked my cup holders and found they were cleaned very well. They even placed all my loose change and lighters I had lost under the seats and down the sides in the center console. They did a great job and were rewarded with a great tip. They deserved it. I highly recommend Expert Car Wash.

After reading the numerous positive reviews I decided to give their Ambassador Wash ($30) a try...TWICE. The first time I had to ask the guy to re-clean my side skirts because of some left over grime but couldnt understand English, and the second time I visited them they left bug guts all over the front of the car. In both scenarios, I asked to speak with a manager in which they advise if your not satisfied, but both scenarios the manager does a quick wipe down and says bug guts / grime are too difficult to clean and to get them off I have to do their detail service. They say they value the customers satisfaction, but after these two incidents, its hard for me to believe that.

1. CARELESS CLEANING, THEY NEVER VACUUM COMPLETELY. 2. Had a got car wash subscription which gives unlimited car washes a month... was using it 1-2 times a week. One bright day I came to wash the car, the manager came to me and said we no longer accept got car wash for Uber drivers, no advanced warning, told me to either pay $15 or to leave with my car. I am still paying for the subscription till the end of the month didnt get a refund.

Hello. Be nice to workers. Some dont speak english. Be kind n say Gracias or thank you while handing them their tip if U do tip them. The Sun is TOO Hot & their out their for hours under the Sun without Shade. When I Go I hand the guy who Dries my car a Cold Water Bottle. It wont kill non of us to spare another $2 to buy a Cold Water BOTTLE. Bless U from another customer.

This place is awesome. They really do an excellent job. I took my car here to get detailed before trying to sell it.i got the full detail and the engine cleaned and it looked like a new car! It was definitely worth the price and got my money returned when I sold it. Just took my new car in for a wash and am just as happy!!! I highly recommend this car wash!

Im fairly sure they put some MAJOR scratches and chips in my paint. Is it POSSIBLE that they were there before and I didnt notice? Yes (hence two stars). But highly unlikely. Were talking about several blemishes on a 4 month old car. Also, very quick, incomplete job of drying car and dusting dashboard.

I have been going here for a long time, eventhough i moved to the westwood area I still go here and get my carwash done, if I have time of course. They are always very careful and take their time, not like other car wash places. Hope you have the same experience.

This has to be the wrost car wash i ever been to. they charge me like 15 bucks and they left my car just as dirty as it was when i got there!!

Its a pretty decent carwash. I hate all the homeless people that hangout there bothering people for money. Super annoying!
