Where should I begin on how bad my experience was. First off, this Carwash also allows people to pump gas while they wait in line, sure it sounds like a good idea, if only the line for people that just want a car wash can not get in because the line of cars that just got washed is blocking it. After waiting for 20 minutes in line, I pay and wait another 30 minutes for them to do inside detailing. When I got my car, the right side windows were ALL smeared and they put too much Armorall on the dash which blinded me from the reflection. Not to mention they thought it would be a good idea to tape the back windshield wiper down, which left the glue behind (took me 15 minutes of scrubbing to get it all off.) In a nutshell, poor service, poor wash, wait time is horrible. I will NEVER be back.

BEWARE - I spent $129 to get my interior detailed. They ruined my rear floor mat (shredded the corner of it) and did not tell me. And they sprayed cleaner into my radio display and knocked out half of the lighting, blacking out the time display. I was able to get my money back for the detail, but fixing the display will cost over $300. The manager never got back to me when I sent the photos they asked for. All of this AND they did a horrible job on the detail itself. BEWARE! Really. I wouldnt bother writing this review if it wasnt exactly that terrible.

The Hollywood Riviera Carwash has easy access on PCH at Avenue G. The service writer is friendly, suggestive & keeps the cars & trucks moving along. The cashiers are always friendly and the area has a great card selection, as well as theres a steady stream of fre shly back chocolate chip cookies. -- The staff drying and polishing the cars work quickly and are reasonably polite. The work is consistently good. Thnx.

I paid for a $75 detailing job on my BMW and I really ended up getting a regular car wash with an outside wax. I will never go there again and everyone should watch out because they are the best scammers. I even spoke to the manger and all they wanted to do was point fingers at someone else. I was wondering why my car only took 15 minutes to do a detailing job. The worst car wash place ever.

Wow - wish I had read these reviews before I went there. Ive been here a few times to get my car detailed and they always did a great job - not anymore! I spent $120 and they didnt even vacuum the back, did a poor job all the way around, looked like a $5 wash, not the complete hand wax and polish they "sold" me. Dont waste your money here.

Lets face it. Everybody has had one bad experience at a carwash. Ive been to Hollywood Riv. Car wash about a hundred times. No major problems, no damage, guys will always go back and touch up a spot or two. The manager even let me come back to pay once when I left my wallet home. Nice, good clean place.

Really disappointed. Took my new car for a wash...just needed a good vacuum from 2 weeks at beach camp. Didnt realize until I got home but its like they didnt touch the inside. I had to vacuum it myself and then clean the scuff marks off the doors/side of seats. Not sure what I just paid $20 for!!

Altogether, not a terrible experience. The cashier was great... Friendly, outgoing, and social. Free snacks and coffee (for those who are daring). Wash and dry inside and out for $15. Need to come in the morning between 8-10 for cheaper rate. Lots of places to sit and catch someone me rays.

I wouldnt recommend using this place unless you only need a basic wash and dont mind doing a once-over of your car afterwards. I got a detail package but found I still had to grab a cloth when I got home to get the leftover cleaning product off the interior and bird poop off the exterior.

They broke my antenna and when I called to tell them they put me on hold and since they were closing in 10 minutes they kept answering and not saying anything as if they really are gonna chase me away that easy please ! Deal with you mistakes.

Today the employees seemed jaded and the service sucked. I am a frequent car wash goer and its such a nice location too bad the quality is lacking! Time for customer friendly service training guys.

I paid $15 for a car wash and vacuum. Dirt and broken leaves were still in the carpet, dirt on the windshield, dust on the dashboard. Overall just a bad car wash.

Just socks. Employees are so dishonest. They broke my stuff in the car, but they didnt do anything even apologize, and finally they ran a way from me.

They dont bother to vacuum sometimes so it isnt much better than an automated car wash. Dont waste your time here.

Never had a good experience. Always needed to go back to have a second vacuum, and point out uncleaned spots.
