poor customer service. This was my second day visiting the place and at the end of my service the air blowers broke my rearview mirror window on the passenger side, I notified the attendant he told me that I needed to fill out a damage report inside the office and I so whats inside the office they went outside and looked at the mirror they came back saying that they hadnt broke the mirror that the mirror was already broken when I came in and that they could see it because there is snow white indication from the broken part of the mirror that thats why there are not going to be replacing it when I asked for them to give me a phone number for the supervisor they will not give it to me saying that they can I give that number out down to give me a business card with the store number in a fax number and that if I needed to contact them she told me to the getting into the website I did theres not even a phone number in there either so what does that tell you he tells you that this company sucks and that you should not be visit it again

I searched the whole city to find a good car wash and finally I found my place! If I could I would give them more than 4 stars! Ive been going here for about 2 or 3 years now and I have never left unsatisfied. The waiting room is always clean and comfortable. Warm in the winters and cool in the summers. The prices are reasonable and they even have specials on certain days/times. The staff is always extremely friendly and courteous. They wash the Green Forest Car Wash, tires, clean your windows and vacuum. They always empty out my little garbage can too!

Its terrible that you cant go there and just get a quick Fast Car Wash the annoying other cars that blast their music with profane language is very disgusting I repeatedly ask the service personnel but all they do is just raise their shoulders. It seems like its a family business that welcomes family to get their car wash but the rude loud music from other cars on top of the fact that theres no sign letting drivers know not to blast their music especially profane language this car wash not a friendly environment to be in

The blowers at the end that are used to dry your vehicle use rubber stops that rub along your car. Those leave marks on the paint, specially on jet-black. Had to go elsewhere to get the truck re-washed, clayed, and waxed. Ended up spending a lot more correcting the marks caused by this place. Never again.

The concept is nice but for practicality, its not so effective. The wash is decent but the drying machine at the end of the wash, drag along the car, causing scape maeksbro follow where the dryer started and finished. The vacuums risk but are not very effective because the suction isnt strong.

Always get my car washed here, the $10 wash every other week really keeps your car looking good, and will last as long as you get the $10 wash, and not the $6 or $8. Workers are friendly, sometimes vacuums arent available, I try to go in the evening when the crowd is mostly gone.

I love the Green Forest Car Wash. Its a little pricier than the vanilla gas station wash but your car comes out clean. During "business hours" you get a towel dry - dont forget to tip the guys; theyre hard workers. If you need to clean-out the inside, theyve got free vacuums.

This car was is very cool. Very strategic to have a eco friendly jungle theme. Overall good customer service and very clean. Good car wash, not the best dry, and free vacuum. Prices very reasonable. **Bonus** Uber drivers get a discount. Top wash was less than $10.

I have never experienced such a clean car, such happy kids, and such a great feeling that I was doing good for the environment with all that recycled water. We loved the water-squirting elephants, tropical rain forest,and clean car and wheels. ill be back!

I had bugs and ick all over the nose of my car and the wash was not going to get it off because it is super effective, but still quite gentle. So the manager got on his hands and knees and cleaned it himself. Won me over for life. Also? $6 wash. PERFECT.

The customer service is good. Its really cool inside. Its helps keeps the kids calm and not terrified of the sounds because theres that whole jungle aspect going on. Plus Uber drivers get discounts thats a plus.

This carwash is a blast. I went through it there were elephants, monkeys, and a thunder storm. I thought it was such a creative idea. I am definetly going back.

Vacuuming is included, and super helpful staff! One staffer even got me a brush and a bucket with soap so I could scrub my car mats to my hearts desire!

Worst place Ive ever been to. Staff is nice but the right side of my car is still dirty. Do your self a favor. Skip this one and go to a real Car Wash

Never open on time! Always have to wait, and the customer service is terrible at times. I waited 30 minutes for them open!
