I really want to give a higher rating but cant because of the service I received. I have 4 cars I get washed here all the time and normally get excellent service and everyone is very friendly. I took one of my cars in today like normal to get a full detail. The person washing my car today put some chemical on my brand new rims that stripped a lot of paint off it. When I walked up the person washing the car had a bottle of acetone he was pouring on it to try and cover up the issue. This stripped more paint off of my rims and made the problem a lot worse. The Manger let me know that the person washing my car was trying to clean the rims up real nice to make them perfect. They were perfect and not that dirty when I pulled in. In fact I just bought the rims 1 month ago and spent 1,000 dollars on them. They finally apologized and said they could not fix it until tomorrow because the boss wasnt there. They gave me his information and said to call in the morning so they could fix it. Short of painting them there is no way to fix this. I am left worrying that when I call tomorrow that they wont fix the issue and that theyre going to brush it off like they did today. Spoke with the manager and he let me know that this was not his fault and said he will have his repair guy take a look at it but can not take responsibility for it because all they did was a regular car wash. I saw the guy put acetone on my wheels and he is denying that. Lets see what happens next.....Regardless of the outcome they have lost of my business and I will not be taking my 4 cars here ever again. They have lost my business which is too bad because I get all 4 of my cars washed here for years since theyre right down the street. Beware of coming here.

I used this place way back and didnt have a memorable experience at all, but was running late today and didnt have time to head to my regular. (I live in Westwood). Man what a huge mistake. Rude staff who dont care and take their time getting to you. Overpriced. An entry-level hosedown clean - the equivalent of driving through a gas station autowash. Sure, they dry it off, but as I stopped at the driveway exiting to enter traffic, a couple of big drops rolled down the windscreen. But half an hour later, when I walked back to get in my car, it got worse: ,I noticed the condition of the wheels - still dirty! Again, hosed down, but no real attention paid. And the tires were untouched with tire black, something you don;t even bother checking because you assume its done. (the car was completed out of my sight and in shade, so I didn;t get a good look when I jumped in). For eighteen bucks, it looked like Id spent ten minutes washing it in my yard. For five bucks less down the road - my regular - Overland Car Wash (on Overland near Venice Blvd) give you smiling staff, a nice facility, and a sparkling car. Never again at Blue Wave.

I absolutely Hate this Place with a Passion. The amazing part is, is that I never even got my car washed here, but I consider that a blessing and advantage. I pulled in to get my car washed, but the guy acted like he didnt speak english and he tells me to pull up in front of the main shop area where you pay, so thats exactly what i did, The second i do that, the lady comes out screaming at me saying I cant park their, and I tell her, "Where do i pay?" and she tells me to go back to where I was already at, So with that said I just got mad and said You guys are not getting any money from me, and I went else Where. I pretty sure that was a Sign from God

Incompetent and over priced. I paid over $30 for my carwash. It didnt even feel like they cleaned the car, clearly only did the minimum you would notice. Didnt wipe down the inside of the car, didnt vacume out the back. Not even under the seats until I looked and asked. I asked for a rag so I could wipe down most of the cars missed spots. Even the inside drink holders werent vacumed or wiped down. It was the first and last time to ever go to this lousy, dont care about the cars or the customers car wash. I wont be going back or recommend this to anyone.

I just finished doing laundry at Coin Laundry mat right down the street from Bluewave. I had an extra four dollars in quarters so I put them in my ash-tray. They washed my car and while I was on my way home I checked my ash-tray and all of my quarters were gone. It was probably my mistake in leaving them in my car, but still I think one has the right to leave a few quarters in his/her car and feel safe that they will not be taken. My thought is, whoever took them probably needed them more then I did.

In an out in 15 minutes!! (and it was busy) I was shocked when the guy flagged me over. I was on my phone so I didnt pay an attention to what was done. When I get home!! I realized he had done NOTHING except dry it and did the tires. and maybe wiped the windows. I went out and cleaned the windows and the wheels and the roof (SUV) which he never touched. I been here several time never with a happy feeling when I left ("definition of insanity) NEVER AGAIN.....

They do a decent job on detailing my sports car, Ive brought it here many times. As far as a regular car wash, not so sure. My friend finds a lot of dust remaining on the middle panel area, and dirt along the bottom of her car. I suppose she expects this, so often asked them to wipe those obviously dirtily areas that should be a standard part of a car wash. They charge enough and should make some improve service regarding this reoccurring issue.

Paid $100. They were jumping around my car like monkies. Smiling laughing and doing nothing. One washer had as much fun as barely avoided collision. I was arguing and showing what to clean and how to do that for 1.5 hours. They did very poor. The car was dirty. Manager is a looser. If you are not sure whether you want to go or no -go and watch how they work on others cars. It leaves an impressio that tells you : dont waste the time and money.

You could wash your own car better with spit and a single sheet of toilet paper. They do not vacuum well, they do not clean the exterior of your car well and they dont even clean your windows. I went there and had to ask them to re-vacuum my car while I took one of their own rags to clean everything they missed. They have no pride in their workmanship. They do a terrible job. I am disgusted.

This place is the best in the city. The employees are extreme kind, nice and hardworking. They treat your car like its theirs performing the best work they can provide. I come here every Saturday for the silver package and once a month get the special. The special is 22 bucks and they make your car look brand new again. I love this place!!! Thank you all who work there for doing and amazing job!!
