EXPENSIVE MISTAKE. Oh believe the one stars! Honestly this place was supposed to be so promising and left us with the worst experience and utter disappointment. If you are big spenders like us with nice cars, do NOT take your car here. The owner Manny is nice, but did nothing to make the situation right. Instead, the worst customer service person in the world, Ashley, argued with us about a refund and demanded us to come in with the car and receipt, as if we have nothing better to do like something called work and kids. She obviously has no brains or smarts and thought it was a good idea to doubt us and further piss us off and make it even more complicated and miserable. She offered us a free wash or service. Why on earth would we go back there or want to see any of their faces? My partner came in initially for a detail for around $150 and was up sold the $314.99. Of course while we were at lunch waiting for the car, we were expecting pure, flawless sparkle and shine since we ended up spending more than we wanted, in hopes it would be so much better. Well it wasnt. The pictures speak for itself. The representative, Ashley, unfortunately like many other unreputable businesses think its a good idea to bring up, "oh well you should have done this or done that or complained that day." I dont respect businesses like this. Of course there is a respectable amount of time you should let the business know how unhappy you were, but I think within a week is ample time. Mind you we gave ourselves just a few days to cool of from the utter mess and disappointment. Its like when you are upset or mad with a coworker or friend, best to cool off before you address them. Thats exactly what we did and nonetheless we are extremely busy people. We dont always have the time to share and tell someone how unhappy we are or how they screwed up! But when we did, we got nothing but an unprofessional and argumentative Ashley. My dogs, my 6 yr old and me MYSELF could have detailed this car better. Detail means you cover the details. Let the pics speak for themselves. What a mess! Do not go here if you expect pristine quality. Bottom line: EXPENSIVE MISTAKE! If people left good reviews they either got special owner treatment which I doubt because you shouldnt have to explain to a car detail how to detail, OR if ppl left a good review its bc they are happy with anything or even a cat pissing on it. Ps. Ashley was able to figure out my number from when I called her earlier. You would think she would have told Manny about our disappointment and he was calling. BUT NO! It was Ashley and she pretended she was verifying I was a real person. She CONTINUED to speak over me and When I reminded her she was doing she went ghetto and aggressive and crazy. Wow. I hope Ashley is Mannys wife and she cant be fired. Really unbelievable. This is the person that is suppose to win me over and win us back but no she made sure to dig her grave and the entire establishment.

Paid $90 for a clay/wax job which included a cleaning of the interior, and $20 more for an engine wipe down, $110 total. I went back 3 hours after I dropped it off and they were just washing it. I noticed that they were behind. They had a pile of cars and trying to accommodate everyone there. I had to come back 1 1/2 later. It looked clean in the underground garage. Driving home I realised that the interior was still dirty. I still had some old stains in there. It looked like they quickly wiped the dust off. I got home and saw water stains on 80% of the exterior portion of my car. I also had water stains on inner part of my door panels, and trunk area. I dont think they finished my car with a wax. Im not sure what to think. Did they just wash it and forget to do the rest? Im assuming they used the clay bar but never waxed it. Ive been there before and this is the first time this happens to me. Previously, my car was left spotless, inside and out. Like new! This time it looked like crap! Im not sure what happened. I had to finish the job at home. I was definitely pissed off and disappointed. Not going back.

some workers may be better than others....but this would definitely be a 5 star if they had every procedure down that they should go through when detailing the cars......interior was very nice compared to how I treat my car.but I pay 200 and my rear window didnt even get wipe down......let me rephrase that,most of my windows didnt get wiped down.incliding the windshield......i called in and they were quick to remedy the situation which was nice.......finally got home in that405 traffic on a Friday and I find out they forget to put one bag with my garage opener back in my car X( .....once again the rememdy....homeboy waited a hour and a half for me to get there....they did a good job but it is definitely over price be sure the area....i know some very cheap places that very well done a way better job however I would have to travel to the hood which is out of my way......if you go here you should defiently watch your car to make sure it will pass your very own inspection

I am very impressed with the level of service, and positive, friendly attitude towards customers that Promande car wash provided (something other carwashes in LA seem to be missing). I had very bad residue corroded into the hood of my car. Both myself and a different carwash were unable to remove the stains. However, the staff at Promenade were up to the task, and removed about 95% of the stain for me. An overall postivie experience.

My car was a disaster when I brought it in to Promenade Car Wash & Spa. I was shocked at the outcome. It looked fantastic. I was particularly impressed with the areas in the interior that they cleaned, particularly between the seats and other "hard to get" spots. Customer service was impeccable and they stressed to me to bring the car back in if I found things that they missed.

One of the best wash experiences Ive had in the Santa Monica area. It was super busy but did not take as long as other washes and I was able to walk around and enjoy the Promenade while I was here. Manny scruff professional and helpful and made sure I was completely happy before I left. Ill definitely be coming back

This is the best car wash I have been to in Los Angeles, CA . My car was spotless - inside and out after after a visit to Keeleys. Ted was really nice and detail oriented.They have the nicest waiting room with wine, water and wireless. What else can you ask for. I will definitely take my car here again!

Friendly and detailed...Uh...Detailing service! If your car is as dirty as mine was, be prepared to leave it in their hands for a few hours. You will be rewarded with an incredibly clean car afterwards. Juan is one of the best.

So much than the one I went in Los Angeles.The machines are pretty need. My car was pretty clean after even its just a drive through. I will definitely be a regular.
