I just returned from this place after leaving my car there for a 299.00 detail. I am so angry I cannot even think let alone type but needed to vent because the body shops are closed YES THE BODY SHOPS!!!!! This place damaged my car excessively and when pointed it out of course the workers claimed the damage was already there despite the CLEAR, fresh, swirl, scratch marks showing that the black plastic or is it rubber trim/seals around the windows, doors and on the roof were DEEPLY scratched and even melted onto the blue paint of the metal part of the car. And of course the management believes his worker calling me the customer a liar. I took it to 2 well respected body shops less than 24 hours later and they both put in writing that the damage looks EXACTLY like damage due to a buffer. One said it was a "slam dunk" and mocked the stupidity of the worker for not covering up the destruction better. Regarding the cleaning the windows were not washed at all and that is not an exaggeration and the carpets already clean when I brought them in were covered in lint and animal hair. Inside the car there were cleaner smudges on the plastic. There was dirt in every single possible crevice and I got tired of pointing it out to them when I picked it up. They missed washing 75% of the bumper. My car is garaged when I work, and garaged at home. There is no way that damage on the black rubber/plastic trimming was there and it kinda is impossible to put it there especially on the inside roof parts no car or human can reach. I have 400.00 damage to my car and the manager has been following me around online deleting all the proof I put up warning consumers. Living Social/Amazon took my side (of course) after viewing the photos and estimates and kindly refunded my fee for the bad "detail". Now the next step is Judge Judy because Iain will not admit fault and pay me for the damage done like an honest business person. LOOK at the pictures I loaded. I have damage on every single trim piece

Never going here again. I was excited to find a car wash that was near to my work with a $5 basic wash and $3 deal on Tuesdays. The attendant was pleasant when helping me select my wash. The wash was really quick but it came with 5 minutes of free vacuuming. I pulled into a spot and started gathering a few pieces of trash from my car. I got out to throw it away and immediately noticed (what looked like) a huge scratch along the entire passenger side. It looked as if it was peeling. I approached the attendant and when I told him about it, he gave me the dirtiest look. Inspected it and told me it wasnt a scratch then proceeded to put God knows what on my car to wipe it off. Didnt even ask. I started vacuuming and without so much as a "sorry about that" or "thank you. have a nice day" the guy disappeared and so had the "scratch" (or at least most of it). I have small SUV and its obvious that something rubbed against my car before exiting the wash. There are now a few small scratches where the mark was. Needless to say, Im not coming here again.. and if it wasnt a waste of time for $3, I wouldve demanded a refund. Poor customer service and 5 bucks for few scratches on your car. Never again.

I bought the most expensive detail they had here and my flawless car was scratched badly. I brought it to the attention of the fat owner the second I picked it up who immediately said the damage was pre-existing. It was not . The car was pristine and was going to be sold after the detail. I was forced to take him to court for the damage on principle where he and his "also fat" assistant made my life hell for over a year. They dragged out the court process, changed dates, abused the arbitration system, appealed my rightful win, sued me back twice for an honest review, and fabricated stories in court so bad about me that I would be a rich person if you could sue for untruths said in court. I also had people coming to my house and sending me scary emails around this time. I am a highly educated, well traveled, decent contributing member of society but dealing with these people and this business taught me about the worst of human behavior~Dishonesty, manipulation, vindictiveness, and downright cruelty. I caution you to beware.

The attendant at this carwash was so Angry when I arrived. He didnt bother to say hello or make eye contact, I can get over that. But, when he began directing me into the tire ramps for the car wash he became very hostile, I really was concerned for my safety. This attendant was so aggressive in his behavior, I would have driven away because I was terrified of him due to his gestures and distorted facial expressions but, you are trapped once you pass the lift bar at the payment machine. I truly will never go there again. It was a traumatic experience, This man should NOT be dealing with persons, directly.

This is the last time Ill go here. The car wash stopped midway because of some malfunction and the person who is supposed to attend to it just leaves. I waited and waited, honked a few times, nobody came.. I had to get out of my car to find the guy who was operating the wash. That aside, the air dry stage does a lousy job of drying and leaves water spots all over in the end..

Very happy with the service here. You get your car washed and youre out of there fairly quick. I liked that I didnt have to wait around for my car to be dried... this is far too common with other places in the area. Pricing was good too, you can get a base wash for $5 but youll likely want to upgrade to the $8 one. Ill be going back next time I need my car washed.

My first review was not good only because I could not get in touch with anybody to schedule an appointment. I since found out that they were having difficulty with their phone system. I was able to contact them through Facebook and got an immediate response. And since I have been able to reach them via phone.

Called three times before hand to schedule an appointment for an engine steam cleaning, only to show up to find out that the service was no longer being offered. TRUE waste of time! The numbskull who answered the phone gave me the cleaning options, duration, and prices as well.

I spent $14 on a car wash. the conveyer breaks down so I have to drive my car through the wash. this idiot vato tries to hurry me out of the wash in 1 minute without even letting me dry my car. it wasnt even busy. I wont be back

This place is pretty straight forward but there prices need to be more competitive. I usually have my car washed every week so it tends to get a bit expensive after a while but there pretty good.

Good prices. It is one of those drive-through car washes with self-service vacuums when you get out. Cheapest option is $5. Go here for a fast car wash with friendly people and good prices.
