This place is terrible. I should have learned after the first experience. My parents had my first car serviced there (first mistake I guess, having a car serviced at a tire place). They did the brakes and exactly 1 week later my brakes went out, resulting in a minor accident. Im not saying they did anything on purpose, or even to try and get more business, I think the repair was just shoddy. Second experience: I just bought tires here about 1 month ago and had a puncture just recently. Went in to have it repaired and they want to charge me $25 to fix? Not sure but in my experience, whenever I have bought tires from other places, they always repair for free. The guy tells me I would have had to buy the $70+ dollar warranty to have free repairs. Ok, now Im going to go back to Americas Tire or some other place and pay the same amount (since I didnt purchase the tires there) just so I dont support this place again. You guys suck, you really get the feeling like you are being gouged. The manager was surprised that I wasnt willing to pay $25 to repair tires I just bought for $780, but I guess I shouldnt have been surprised at the terrible service....it seems like it is the norm for this place. Stay away!

okok where do i start. they scammed us $565.28 to repair my truck. they charged us 90 dollars for inspection. keep in mind i live 2 hours away in panorama city. and i needed my truck to be fixed for work. it took them 2 days to do absolutely nothing. i was with my son at the time and we were about to go back home and because they did nothing to my truck it broke down right before we entered the 5 freeway. and if it didnt break down before we entered the freeway. we couldve been going 80 on the freeway and then it couldve stopped the cars behind me wouldve hit my bumper and that would have ended worse than my day was. we tried taking the car back to the dealer before they closed. and we asked for a refund and the manager did absolutely nothing. we ended up getting an uber and going back home. :( i gave away more than 500 dollars for nothing. so please do yourself a favor and dont go there.

I called the place to get an estimate on a 4 set of new tires they told me it was going looking at 600-650$ so I took the car. While they were working on it they told me they had to do alignment for an extra 80$ when I got my final invoice it was ovef 900$ That should be nice to disclose all the chargers that comes with the work such as 10 inflation per tired??? Ok at that point I had no choice but pay for the work done since the tires were installed already. A couple of days ago I took a friend for an oil change they told him he needed to replace front tires for only 300$ After I asked for a real invoice with fees, and all the BS they charge for it came up to 550$ there is a bit of a difference between those two amounts and I like the place I like the stuff, Steve the manager is really nice I just HATE the way they do business

There is NO WAY that this place can get 5 stars unless their own people left them. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. You know the old story how low-life auto shops "repair" your car and f-up something else to get more money? Thats Mountain View Tires for you. Brought two cars here on two separate occasions (but literally the next couple days) for a brake change. Next thing you know, my radiator starts to overheat and smokes up on one of the cars. A day later, the other car does the same. WHY? BECAUSE SOME JACKASS over tightened my radiator cap because he thought I would bring it back into the shop. This way, they can make the extra $1400 or so dollars. The manager wouldnt even admit to it or offer anything to me. Go ahead and take it in. Give it a shot... but goooood luck and dont forget my comment here when the s**t hits the fan!

So I will fully admit that I know nothing about cars. I asked for help, the office manger, I believe, took an hour to tell me that I needed a unique key to get my lugnuts off. Great. Couldnt find it. My tires are close to being blown out, and he tells me to drive to my dealer to get the special key, With tires that are about to bust. Secondly, he told me to not get an attitude with him when Im near tears because Im afraid to drive my car. Oh and he would walk away midsentence instead of discussing what viable options there may have been. Well I chose the place because it was close to my work, but the service was lacking to say the least. I found the lugnut key tonight, but will be going somewhere else tomorrow, because service related companies should not treat their customers as I was treated this evening.

I had a nail in one of my tires and I went there for repair. The first thing the guy said was that my tread was low and I needed my tires replaced. I only have 30k miles on my car, and the tires are top of the line, Ive rotated them accordingly, and I drive mostly surface streets. He was very, very pushy about buying tires, and kept pushing the financing option. He said they could not legally repair because the tread was too low. I went to another legitmate, well known tire place in the area, for which I was told the tread was perfectly fine, and it would be a waste to replace them, and then they fixed my tire. Basically, if you are a woman, do not go here. They are trying to rip you off.

Slow service, Ive come here twice for minor tire repair and rotations. Both times they quote me that it will take 1.5 hours and its usually double that. Im in the store now waiting for my car that I left here at 7:45 am. They said it would take between an hour to an hour and a half. Its now 10:15 and they said it will be ready in 15 more minutes. All I asked for was an oil change and a tire rotation. How does that take two and a half hours? Are they clueless and referencing a Chiltons repair manual while they do the work? I wont ever come back here.

These guys will rip you off. Always oversell. Recently puchased a tire from them that came with a 30,000 mi warranty. It had been driven on less than a thousand miles and developed a bubble. They want me to buy a new one. They said the warranty doesnt apply since I did not purchase an extended warranty. Stay away from this place.

These guys rock! I was a block away in an RV Park and was moving to Missouri. I needed new tires on a 5th wheel traile and a boat trailer. They came out and pulled the old tires, mounted new ones an reinstalled them on site. Wow what service. I was able to start my trip on time and made it to Missouri without a hitch. Thanks
