Do not go here! They quoted me 30 minutes for a smog check but aborted the check immediately, didnt tell me and left me sitting in the waiting area for an hour until I asked. Then they quoted an hours labor to adjust the idle (not a one hour job) to start over with the check. They charged me $40 for pretty much nothing. Everyone knows California smog check is a racket, but some places are better than others. EZ and West Coast muffler are cheaper and better. This place stinks and they were really mean to me too. BOO. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I took my car to DFM Auto Repair in early January 2012 and did not get it back until late March. Within this period, DFM burned out fuses in my car and installed an illegal used part after charging me for a brand new one. When I stopped payment on my second check after finding out there was an illegal part in my car they decided now to take me to small claims court for the remainder of my bill. $1800 charged to me for $1000 in poorly, and illegally, done repairs. TELL ALL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NEVER TAKE THEIR VEHICLES THERE!!!

HONEST PEOPLE I was told I needed brakes all aroundby another shop. I trust DFM so I took my car to them. They had my authorization to replace brakes front and rear. Once they looked at them I got a call telli g me it would be premature to change my brake pads because I still had plenty of padt. These guys have integrity.

I just moved here from western ny and dont know many people in the area to ask about a good garage. so I turned to google to find a shop to get my smog check for the dmv. Dfm had 9 good reviews so I went with them and the shop was clean they had a nice waiting room. Great place, i will be going there again when i need a mechanic for sure.

Super fast service everytime i come in wether it be for a quick smog or oil change before heading out of town. Competitive prices and friendly service keeps me coming back :)

They wouldnt give me any quotes over the phone and then over quoted me way to much for the small amount of work they did.

Total ripoff! Price gouging cause they know theyre the only one who can sign off on certification for the dmv
