After dealing with the poor service and outright incompetency at the 18th and Oak location in Eugene... (They failed to tighten the lug nuts on my Tacoma, which I discovered travelling 55 down Hwy 99, and by the time I came to a stop only 3 nuts were remaining and not even hand tight!!! Additionally, they repeatedly tried to deny tire changes to my wife stating that the tires had too little of tread to be changed, but were happy to provide the service to me with no cause for concern) ...I decided to take my business to the JC location. Hot dang! What great service! I took in my vehicle that needed new tires, a Schwabs product (Formoza FD2s?), even though they should have had an additional 20k miles remaining. They were incredibly helpful and provided a respective discount on the new set with no questions asked. They were quick, courteous (a rarity these days), and were happy to explain how the tires wear (or should have worn rather). Id certainly recommend the trip to the Junction City Schwabs if youre not from town.

Just had a similar experience to the other review. Went in with a tire that was going flat. One of the Techs came running out to offer to help. I left the vehicle came back in an hour - fixed, no charge, with a smile. They would have been happy to do it while I waited. While waiting for me to come out, my wife had 2 different gentleman offer assistance. These guys are the model of good customer service. I enjoy doing business there.

Les Schwab used to be a great place that was happy to help people out who were in a bind. Since theyve grown so large, they dont care about their customers anymore. I went to get a battery and was told they would not do it without selling me a tire as well. Ended up costing $200 for what should have been less than $100.

Thanks to the wonderful people at the Junction City Les Schwab coming to my rescue. Gave me a loaner tire (just need to get them back their tire), came and took my tire/wheel back to their shop, brought it back, and put it on. AWESOME. Got two hours of the show and was able to cruise. Function 4 Junction 2016.

The technicians were great! But the reason for 1 star is the lady that was behind the counter. She made a lot of arrogant and rude remarks about my little girl wanting some M&Ms. I am CONSTANTLY aware of a healthy diet and life for my daughter. I will NOT be going back. Ever.

Got a great deal on four used tires, one had a patch but still a great deal. Heard some bad stuff about this chain from some oregonians but no problems so far, lets see how they do with dicing this hole in my tire,that u had gotten from them in August.

Thank goodness for les Schwabs! Went to go to the store last night and realized our tire was extra flat. The guys from Schwabs came out this morning and filled the tire now were sitting in the shop while they fix it!

The people at this establishment are like a Blast From The Past, when people used to be kind and good! I didnt think there was anyone left from that time period but this Les Schwab has renewed my faith in mankind <3

The very nice customer service rep did not charge to zip tie a part of fender that had come loose and rubbing against tire. Did not get his name but when I go to buy tire, will search him out.
