I was visiting the area and became stranded over the thanksgiving weekend. I had me vehicle towed in asap on Monday morning following the weekend. I explained my issues including the fact that myself and my wife were stranded and needed to return to our area for work to the service rep. He said that he would do what he could to get the vehicle looked at. Before the close of business on Monday, I contacted the service rep, he said that the vehicle had not been looked at yet but that it would be first thing Tuesday morning and that he would call me. Tuesday afternoon after hearing nothing I called again, again I was told that the car had not been even looked at yet. I again explained that my wife and I were stranded and need to return to work I told him I needed rent a car to drive home leaving my wife in Ukiah. He told me that it be looked at the next morning (Wednesday) first thing. Finally Wednesday mid-morning the vehicle was looked at and then repaired all in less than an hour. So I missed two days work and my wife three all for a job that took less than an hour to complete. Certainly an oil change or brake job could have been delayed the hour it took to finally repair my one year old vehicle. Had they even put the car on the computer and told me what was wrong and then not been able to do the repair, I could have repaired the issue and been back on the road. Absolutely horrendous service.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! And im being absolutely honest. These guys just truly go ABOVE AND BEYOND with thier service, prices, etc. I had spent an ENTIRE sunday at other dealerships (Thurston Honda and the Ford Dealership and basically received nothing but a bunch of run-around. Thurston kept trying to push me into vehicles that i had NO interest in because they kept telling me that I needed to stay under a certain budget. Well then I walk into Ken Fowler after all of this and they get me into the car I want, right away, no questions asked! I was in and out in an hour! They even filled it up with gas and delivered it to my house on Monday since I live an hour north! Reggie, my Sales Guru was absolutely amazing, even meeting up with me at at 7pm on his day off to help with my insurance and give me my keys. GO HERE FIRST!

We went in to Fowler Auto Center today to look at the Subarus. We were met by salesman Dave "The Fisherman" Boryszewski. I explained to him that we really were not in a position to buy today but just wanted to look around. Dave had no problem with that and was more than willing to show us anything we wished. He even pulled a new car around to look at and before we knew it we were taking it for a test ride. We have purchased several cars over the years and always felt like " oh no here comes the salesman". I have to tell you this was the most pleasurable experience Ive had at a dealership. No pressure, no stress, friendly experience. We discussed our options with Dave and his Boss. We look forward to seeing you all when we come back to make a purchase in 6 mo. Brian & Pamela

I recently bought a 2003 Ford F350 and couldnt be happier with the price and vehicle! I highly recommend this dealership and the sales crew that works there. The staff was exceptionally courteous and there was no high pressure sales pitch that normally comes with car sales. Great customer service! I took my 2014 GMC truck in for a safety recall. My appointment was scheduled at 10:30 and they actually took my truck in at that time. They said it would take about 30 minutes and it took 31 minutes. Unlike the service dept at the other dealership across town they treated me professionally and courtiously.
