Specifically said I only wanted the basic oil change- NOTHING ELSE. Since I get oils changes so often I dont need any of the extra stuff- check on fluids etc. I am thinking since its $39.99 Im going to spend about $50 out the door. So instead of asking me before making changes to what I specifically said they decided to add some "MOA extended life oils supplement" which is in my opinion bad practice since I did not what any thing other than an oil change. I dont know if the $21.50 they charged me was that important to them, but unless you want to walk out with added charges you didnt approve of, DO NOT GO HERE. If I didnt have work to do I probably would have tried to negotiate on the spot. But Im guessing it probably wouldnt have been worth my time. I

Took my car here for a diagnosis and was told my solenoid is messed up and the part is unavailable.. got a second look at it and the solenoid wasnt plugged in. They refused they over looked it.. not a professional business. Happy customers are the least of there worries.

Got there at 4:46 pm (they close at 5 pm) and they refused to wash my car because according to their rule, you have to get there 15 minutes before they close. They obviously dont care about their customers and they are more expensive than other car wash in town.

Fantastically honest service station. Brought my car in because of some squeaky brakes, and they immediately took the time to remove the tires from my car and clean out some mud that was stuck there without even charging me! In and out in under half an hour.

Arrogant Jerk. Didnt clean my car. Said it would need detailing to get clean, and they dont do that. Wouldnt look me in the eye. Very unprofessional and unpleasant interaction.
