Thoroughly pleased with every aspect of service, down to the inherent friendliness present in this (what appeared to be) family business. Brought in my recently purchased, used Honda Civic with the intention of replacing the muffler. An old friend of the mechanics stopped by, and they momentarily forgot about me (only ~10 minutes, really). Because of this, he checked up on various other parts of the car to make sure they were functioning, and gave me a quote for free. Labor was very reasonably priced, and everything was done on time.

Im from out of town and my car started acting up. John got my car in right away and assured me that I would be home on time, and thanks to him I was! He fixed my car up in a few hours. I have no knowledge of cars but he showed me all my old parts and explained what he did, which was comforting. He was so understanding and the woman working the counter was just the same. If he was in Portland, he would be the only mechanic I went to.
