I popped in on 4/1/17 after noticing a gorgeous Subaru on their lot as I was heading to work. So I went in after my shift to have a look and fell head over wheels in love with it. Tyra was my salesman and though I already knew about the car and knew it was what I wanted, she was eager and knowledgeable on any questions I had even though it wasnt their typical brand of car. I had my mechanic come out and inspect it just in case and was given the green light so I began the process to buy it. This is where I give only 4 stars. From what I was told by another employee, the internet is VERY slow so it took them quite a while to run my credit and hear back from anyone. So I didnt get to finish buying it that day but they were kind enough to put a Sold sign on the car and stash it away so no one got any ideas. I really appreciated that. The next day I came in the next morning with my co-signer and got the next process rolling. Finally found a loan at a decent Interest rate and got all the papers signed on my lunch. Trisha is an absolute riot, youll love her. If you have her as your Financial person, youll assuredly enjoy your experience and leave happy, knowing you were in good hands. Overall I want to thank them for how great they were and being so accommodating. They found me the best rate they possibly could and gave me the car of my dreams. I couldnt be happier with my purchase from McMinnville Volkswagen.

I would highly recommend Mcminville VW. I had purchased my 2011 Jetta at another dealer in the Beaverton area and was very disappointed with my experience at that dealer in sales and service so I decided to not go back. Then I found Mcminville! They treated me well and have great customer service. I really wish I had purchased my car from them in the first place! Everyone I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. They are easy to schedule with and always have reasonable availability for service. I will continue to take my car there from now on. They are always honest and even when another VW dealership wouldnt cover an issue that should of been under warranty( which VW America said should be covered) Mcminville took care of me right away.

I went into the dealership today, wanted to trade my 2013 VW Passat SE for a new 2018 VW Tiguan. The new 2018 Tiguan had a sticker of 32k. My Passat SE has 37k miles on it. The purchase price for my Passat SE was $26,110.00. No accidents, I kept the records and service intervals at the McMinnville dealership. I was offered $9,729.00 as trade in value for my car. Try going online and finding a car with 37k miles on it, one owner, all services interval kept for under $10,000. What a joke! I figured out there in absolutely $0.00 trade in value for VW products and customer loyalty is out the window. DO NOT BUY A VW PRODUCT! NO TRADE IN VALUE OR CUSTOMER LOYALITY. BUY TOYOTA FOR THE TRADE IN VALUE!

Not a great deal at all! At first they seem to be nice to be able to sell the vehicle but then after the fact, if there is anything that is needed and you try to call them, they blow you off, not call you back and if you can get a hold of them they laugh at you over the phone. The manager is the worst, he is a sarcastic SOB taking advantage of women and laughing at the man on the phone who is trying to stick of for his girlfriend who is only trying to be more independent. Dont buy from them, they are awful!

I recently purchased a used car from this dealer and had a really great experience. There was minimal dickering and I felt like I got a good deal on the car. After I purchased it I had the car checked out by my mechanic and he spotted what might be an oil leak. I took the car back to the dealer and they had their mechanic look at it and they helped me assess the seriousness of the leak and, though I decided not to repair it, they offered to repair it at cost.

They were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole purchase process. They were up front about everything. Their dealership does not operate on sales commission for each sales person so they work as a team. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a volkswagen.

Really impressed by the way we were treated at Mac VW. Austin, Tyra and Chris were great. All questions were answered and very happy with the car and price. More personable than the big dealerships and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth the drive!
