Their prices and tires are fine but one of their employees blatantly tried to rip me off. I went in their to get new tires and deiced to get the back ones done first and the front ones done the next week. I had the back tires replaced and I was informed that my alignment was off and needed correction to which I agreed to. The tires and the alignment felt fine. The following week however I went to get my front tires done and they inform me that my alignment is off and I needed new transmission fluid. I had not hit any curbs since I had my alignment done there a week prior and I had my transmission fluid replaced within the last 1000 miles. It was apparent that they were attempting to tack on extra cost not were not needed, especially the alignment which I had got corrected at the same store a week before. All in all besides the attempts of ripping me off their price are good and having a mall right next to the store is a great way to make your wait for your car go by faster

After purchasing new tires and an alignment at the W 11th Firestone (GREAT people at that location) less than a week ago, I picked up a screw in my tire today and headed straight to the nearest Firestone which was this location. Ive always been very loyal to Firestone because they make an excellent product and the car care centers are usually very helpful. After telling the service writer my dilemma that I was actively leaking air from my brand new tire, I was hastily told "Sorry, were booked and cant help. Try Goodyear on 7th St. and Charnelton" and the employee walked away. Being in the industry, I know things get busy but thats not how you handle a customer who just purchased over $500 worth of their product albeit from another location. I called the Goodyear store and Im glad I did because they said they were booked too but could get me in because of my situation and didnt charge me a dime even though Ive never spent a penny there. Looks like Im a Goodyear man now.

I installed new shocks and springs on my car then took it here for an alignment. Got the car back with the steering wheel about 15deg off-center. Looked under the car and noticed they had rounded-off a tie-rod end and adjustment nut, then tried to align the car by adjusting only one side. The damage was clearly visible and I know it wasnt there when I worked on the car the day before. Didnt want them touching the car again so I just took it to another shop for re-alignment. I called and complained but they did not offer a refund or reimbursement for the damages.

WOW! I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START.I went for a oil change and a tire I ended up with a broken motor mount,the new tire I got was flat the next day and 500.00 dollars later the mechanic came out and we got into a yelling match in front of everyone. I took it to Firestone on 11th and they couldnt believe the customer service and the auto service. They looked at everything they did and called and emailed corporate and if that wasnt bad enough the guys used someone elses employee number on all the receipts.

Cane over here after the complete and utter failure of the E. 11th store to do their job after spending 2.5 hours at a scheduled appointment (go to their listing for more information). The team here was amazing, sent a driver to Corvallis to get the correct materials and really made up for the deficiencies of the other store. I would recommend going to there guys, as I will for any future needs when we are in town.

I got a flat and triple A couldnt take off a stripped bolt. Firestone not only got the stripped built off but they put on my donut spare tire and only charged for the two bolts. They called and kept me up-to-date on every step of the process! They also showered me the damaged bolts and parts. Amazing Job & Great customer service.

These guys totally messed up my vehicle. Not only did they cause me to have to sleep on the side of a highway, but I had to visit two subsequent firestone locations just to get my vehicle semi running again. Ultimately what they did fried my electrical system and they took no ownership of it.

Quote for over 400 bucks to change a belt and pulley on my car. With 60 on parts and 50 min of work I did it myself. 15 min of my time was spent looking for a socket I dropped that got wedged into a hidden crevice in the engine compartment.

Staff was pretty friendly and pretty helpful. Did a walk-in alignment one afternoon, and when I got the car back and my steering wheel was still a little off, they took it back and fixed it right away.

Terrible company! Would not recommend. Purchased chains and didnt use them, tried to return them 2 days later and they refused to take them back. They were un opened and untouched.
