Saved me a lot of money by having a pre-purchase inspection done here. The car salesman neglected to tell us about the two front axles that had torn boots and dry bearings that needed replacing. They also found the battery at 30% needing replacement, and a dished out tire. With an all wheel drive that meant that all 4 needed replacing especially as the 3 good tires had very little tread left. The dealer said they had rotated the tires. If so, they would have known about the axles and damaged tire. Very friendly folks that spent a lot of time with us and were very helpful teaching us about Subarus. Edit: Brought another Subaru in for a PP check. A brown 2009 Outback. We were made aware of issues we could live with. When we returned to the seller, we were able to negotiate a $2500.00 reduction in price. Thanks guys!! PS: Thanks also for the loaner car so we could get some lunch while we waited.

Had a Toytec lift installed today on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner Limited that I ordered myself. The old suspension was a special type and connected with hydraulic lines(X-REAS) and that needed to be removed, and replaced with the new front coilovers, rear shocks, and rear springs. Also needed the differential, sway bar, and radiator lowered/relocated for the lift to not cause damage to the vehicle. Am very pleased with how soon they got me in(next morning!) and with how efficient they are and the work they performed. All the other shops I could find were booked out into November, and/or hadnt worked with the Toyota X-REAS system before. If I need anything else done, will be back, and will send friends! Sorry that our households 3 vehicles are all less than 2 months old, as we hopefully wont be needing repairs for awhile.

I first purchased a Groupon for tire rotations, an oil change and a safety inspection where they found that I need new brake pads, etc., which I totally forgot about after changing tires last year. The dealership warned me about it at the time. Im not too sure about their prices, but they are fast and precise as the name suggests. They scheduled me in fast -- practically the next day! Also, as others said, they dont push for unnecessary stuffs. The waiting area is just superb... cant ask for more! Ill be back.

Im new to the area and had a small issue with my Honda. Eric got me in for a quick inspection relatively quickly. I left my car there, he called within 2 hours with the problem fixed, and the price was unbeatable! The best quality of Precision is their customer service. I have a Nissan getting a little long in the tooth. Precision does quality work, quickly and without trying to talk me into replacing everything on the car. They offer suggestions about possible problem areas but never do any unauthorized work. Personable customer service and I am always pleased when I pick up my vehicle. I strongly recommend them to anyone who has a Japanese car in need of repair or maintenance.

These guys are the best. Extremely honest and down-to-earth. They were very practical with diagnosing my vehicles issue and did not try to sell me work that I dont need. Eric was very friendly and the team did a great job and were quick about repairing my Legacy Spec.B. I havent had any issues with my radiator since. I only wish they would have spent a little more time explaining to me the process/checks they did over the rest of the cooling system. Besides for that these guys do great work.

A freind had been going to precision for years. When i bought my honda i stopped buy for an oil change. it was very quick, my car was still clean no oily finger prints and most important cheap. i will recomend to any one with an import. i will go back for any problems in the future.
