This review is a few months late. I literally towed my truck into thier shop. Kenny was very receptive. I told him it was my only vehicle and would appreciate getting it back ASAP. He said he would have an estimate by the end of the day. I drove down the road a mile or so and pulled over and called him about something I forgot to ask. He had already diagnosed part of it. Enough to confirm I was not the new clutch my buddy intalled. True to his word he had a quote pretty quick. It may have been the next morning. I needed a new transmission. Which I suspected since it sounded like a grenade went off when it quit. He was not certain I would get the $350 back for my core. I was lucky and did. I hope if I had they would have provided some confirmation. It was not cheap but quality work rarely is. It was however about the same price as the the other shops and I got it back before they could even look at it. Thanks Kenny and crew.

Friday, Dec. 18th I backed my 1999 Ford Ranger out of my driveway and headed to mail Christmas gifts at the Albany Post Office. I pulled up in front to parallel park and when I threw it into reverse and nothing. So, I pulled around and parked further back. After mailing the packages, I googled transmission repair. Trademark came up with GREAT reviews. So, I headed there. I see why the reviews were so GREAT. I was able to leave my Ranger and get a ride home. They checked for other possible problems before they called me and told me it was the transmission. The price quote was $2400 up to but never greater than $2800. Even it the parts cost more, they would cap the price. AWESOME. The Ranger was ready to go about 4 pm on Wednesday. I am back on the road. GREAT service. Also, I liked the pictures of all the kids sports they sponsor. Part of our GREAT community.

I took my car in to get serviced. It was a little pricey but Im okay with preventative maintenance. The issues started after I picked my car up. First off, I have a bike rack on my car. The back windshield wiper will not work with the bike rack on because the rack is in the way. I started to drive away and I noticed the back wiper was pointing straight up, which it is not supposed to. When I got out to fix the wiper the bike rack was on the vehicle wrong. A couple of days later I find my mudflap stashed under my driver seat instead of behind the tire like it was when I dropped the car off. Now, I cant get the mudflap back on. Im very annoyed because they failed to put my car back together like the way they got it. To me it is very unprofessional and therefore I will not be returning.

If you are broken down while traveling come here!!! I threw a rod on I-5 and chose this shop based on the reviews. Holy smokes!! This was the best decision Ive made all day. Andy was kind, humorous, and professional when I called to see if they could squeeze me in. Troy has his pup in the office and was able to pick me up and drop me off at my hotel while my car was being repaired. Kenny though... Kenny is a god among men. He talked me through my options and was incredibly patient with me. He got me an engine and and on my way in record time. If you own a Subaru come here! If you want quick and efficient service come here! That being said, I hope I never have to see them again. But if I need a mechanic while traveling through the area, there is no doubt that Id be back!

I cannot speak for their work yet but I can say their customer service is by far better than most I have came across in the Albany area and trust me I called around. )Cordrays and Continental transmission were some of the worst). I want to talk to somebody that is not condescending or arrogant because I obviously am not a mechanic but I am not naïve either. Theres one way I will give somebody my business and that is if they try to earn it at least. When you treat somebody poorly when they are trying to seek your business what in the world makes you think you will get their business, some of these auto shops have blinders on thats why they are not getting business. Thanks again for good customer service I would definitely consider bringing my vehicle in shortly.

Listen Automotive shops can be a pain in the butt. Not this place. Troy and Kenny are as good as it gets. They took care of my car issues and made sure I knew what I was paying for, not trying to rip me off. I know enough about cars that I knew when Kenny was telling me whats wrong with my transmission that I knew that it was gonna be done right. I would recommend to anyone to take there car to them and know that any job they need done will get done right, and done right the first time. Great job guys at Trademark and you have a customer in me for life.

I was referred to trademark by a family member. I was having trouble with my car and had already put $1000 into it 6 months ago. They were quick to help and very nice. Jordan one of the mechanics took time out of his busy day to look over my car and figured out what was wrong then proceeded to fix it all in less than two days after only walking in by referral. They took care of me. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. And would also recommend them to anyone having car trouble. Thanks so much trademark, and Jordan .

The staff was amazing to deal with! They got me right in for a diagnostic. The people that I encountered with friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable while in their place of business, and although they had bad news for me about my vehicle, unfortunately I need a new engine, they had a great "bedside manner" in delivering the news, and were a pleasure to deal with. We were on a long road trip, passing through Albany, OR, when we had some transmission problems. Our friends general auto mechanic, whom they trust completely looked at the car and sent me straight to Trademark. Troy took care of the problem in less time than he said it would take, and was very fair with the price. I hope no one has the problems we had with our transmission, but if you do, dont hesitate to call Troy and get Trademark to get you back on the road.

I have always had a lot of angst about car repairs. My husband and I have very little mechanical knowledge and have had some bad experiences. My angst just melts away with Troy at Trademark Transmissions. I TOTALLY trust him. Troys team has worked on my car, my husbands and my sons car. I trust that Troy is looking out for our best interest. The repairs have been great and his prices are very fair. We are customers for life. Thanks Troy! :-)
