I originally found this business through YELP or would never have known it existed, as the location is NOT on the main route where most repair shops are located (score one for the Internet). They provide an array of services, but excel at vehicle maintenance type service, with turnaround in a somewhat timely manner - replete with a healthy dose of opinionated acumen from the loquacious owner Robert - a most enjoyable little character! They performed satisfactory service on my F-250 twice during my brief time living in the immediate area. This might be a useful location for folks in Northern Sonoma County or Southern Mendocino County who are looking to avoid Santa Rosa & Ukiah - or the inflated prices in Healdsburg. Loss of Stars: One Star Off for NOT providing me with a requested quote for labor prior to performing repair work where I provided my own parts. One Star Off for adding a one hour diagnostic labor charge ($90) to a job where diagnostics were NOT required or requested. The price for the completed work was <10% below a maximum I thought would be reasonable, but the fact remains that this business ignored my request for such communication - performed the work, and then contacted me only upon completion. This is an unacceptable practice! You see Robert, the Internet can be useful after all.
