My friend and I broke down with a faulty alternator on a road trip just north of Willits. Adam was there bright and early Monday morning and told us to bring the car in. His son took some of his personal time to look over the car right away and verify the issue with an otherwise crowded shop. The part wasnt available anywhere in within ~35 miles so we proceeded to have it over-nighted. When the receptionist forgot to order it in time and realized her mistake, she called everywhere in an expanding radius to find the part and personally pick it up so work could ensue right away and get us back on the road. Adam seemed like a genuinely good guy and the car is still un-broke to this today.

Adams seems to hire morally bankrupt liars who take advantage of people who arent mechanics. Notified them today I would be moving my business elsewhere. The "manager" was apathetic and really didnt care. If management feels like employing thieves, liars and fools then so be it but I will not waste another dollar on them. Find someone with integrity... this place isnt it. Wayne Williams is a dirty, rotten, lying thief and he might just be working on your car or trying to sell you one next. BEWARE.

Adam does good work and is always personable. They can get busy and have too many cars in the lot but if you can get over the parking or lack thereof the work is good and he always gets me in and out quick.
