I brought my car into Integrity on a Friday morning because I was hearing some noises and knew that my serpentine belt needed replacement. There was also a rattling noise coming from my exhaust system. Because I wasnt sure exactly what was needed, they initially sold me on the Car Care Club, which was a package for many services that I would need in the future for a great price. Within this package is a free 60-point pre-trip inspection, which I redeemed on that day. After this pre-trip inspection, they returned a vehicle inspection report link via text which I was able to open right on my phone. This report was a comprehensive report which gave a rating on the overall health of my car, as well as issues my car had with photos. The best part was that they didnt call me right away and pressure me to fix everything without a quote. Before giving them a call back, I was able to research average costs of each of the repairs they mentioned in the report so I could make a well-informed decision and make sure I wasnt being overcharged. When I called back to ask about how much each of these things would cost, they immediately walked me through each of the solutions and estimated cost of each item, with labor. All of the prices were aligned with what I had researched, and they had my car ready to pick up by Monday afternoon. The free loaner car was a lifesaver since I had to get myself to work and home - although I felt like I was driving a taxi cab. In summary, GREAT service, REASONABLE prices, and FAST turnaround. Highly Recommended

This is one of those businesses where you hate to write a review because people will all take their auto repairs there. Which means just like a doctors office you may have to wait to get an appointment. Integrity Auto Repair is just that great! When my wife and I bought our used 2007 Jeep Commander from a street corner dealership we also paid $1500 for a warranty. After 10,000 miles (125,000) we had a transmission differential issue. The warranty company wanted Integrity to use used parts. The owner of Integrity Mike fought and negotiated to get us new parts. We were told that our portion of the bill might come to $1200. When we picked up the vehicle our bill was $430. If someone wanted to write a definitive book on Customer Service all that they would have to do is spend some time with Mike and his staff. When we first bought our used vehicle the dealer tried fixing a fuel line problem. When they couldnt fix it they said our Warranty would cover the repairs (Yah Right). Long story short we paid $300 for that repair which was hundreds less than what the Jeep Dealership quoted. We will take the vehicle back in for a transmission flush (most repair shops that offer this treatment do it wrong or say that they completed work that isnt done.). We will also be having strut work done there in the future. Integrity Auto Repair is a KEEPER!

I am thrilled with the diagnostics, service and staff at Integrity. Heres the long story. Last summer I stopped in just because they had an air conditioning special and mine wasnt working. Additional work of replacing the water pump, seals and pulleys (at which point you might as well replace the timing belt) was suggested and done. I spent a lot more than I had planned, but was pleased with the service (and the flashy loaner car). A couple of months later I took it back to my regular oil change shop and they suggested replacing some seals to fix an oil leak (at which point you might as well spend another few hundred dollars...) I took the car back to Integrity and suggested they might have found this problem when they were doing the other work and maybe I wouldnt have to be looking at such a large bill again. As it turns out, Integrity properly diagnosed the oil leak as coming from a leaky head gasket, which I would have never guessed because my oil change shop had replaced the head gasket just 8 months earlier to "fix" the oil leak. I never wanted to play "point the finger" at the other shop and the staff helped me remain calm in that respect while also properly diagnosing and fixing the problem.

I first started using Integrity a year ago when I choose them to repair my 06 Kia Rio5 because they give a free loaner vehicle, so your life doesnt have to stop while your car is in the shop. I stopped by, dropped my car, left with theirs and voila! My life goes on just as smoothly as ever. Since then, I have used them for their auto care club which allows you to get 4 free oil changes and lots of discounts on the normal and, sometimes, unexpected repairs that pop up. During oil changes, they happily shuttle me to and from my home for free and always make sure Im taken care of in a prompt manner. My car is always washed and shiny-clean after ever visit to them as well. Another free service. The follow-up with this shop is unparalleled. I always get a call after a repair and even after a basic oil change (!) to see that everything is going well with my car. They also regularly send a newsletter and coupons and vouchers that I will actually use on my car. Plus, I get cool little freebies, such as lunches or oil changes to give away to my friends! Cannot say enough about the professionalism, friendliness, and respectful and knowledgeable manners of the staff. They are worth every penny.

First I will start with communication everything was great, I didnt call I emailed and was in touch that way the whole time. They were very understanding when I couldnt make it to my first appointment but got me scheduled for another as soon as I was ready. When I first walked in I met the owner who was very kind as well as everyone else. Only problem we had was I did not understand nor ask about the loan car and upon arrival found myself stuck because I assumed that it would be available but it was not and there are restrictions to the loan car; so ask about that. I received information on my car telling me what was good and not so good and bad, they were honest about it all and very dedicated and even gave suggestions so as not to feel pressured. Sometimes I feel that way going to other auto repair companies as in if it doesnt get fixed right this minute its not good, they told me how long until I need to get it fixed which gave me some relief as in not to stress coming up with the money. I will be taking my car back and even my family will be bringing their vehicles as well. I recommend them and will continue to come back. Very happy customer!

I googled auto shops near me and this was the first to show up. Although it had 2/10s less of a rating than other shops it had some incredible reviews. I called and spoke with Will at the shop and was greeted with a friendly welcoming answer. We spoke about the issues my Toyota Tacoma was experiencing. Specifically that obnoxious vibrating that is associated with this generation of Tacoma. Not only did Will call me EVERY step of the way to approve or decline of the work they were performing, but he also text and emailed with a user friendly system to be able to check on the progress of your vehicle. Integrity Auto went above and beyond to make sure that my truck was taken care of. Although I am mechanically inclined I decided to take use of the warranty I had on the vehicle. Upon pickup of my Tacoma I was informed of all the work done and promptly received a follow up phone call to discuss any questions or concerns I had with their. Top notch group of people at this shop. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an auto shop that operates on principle and integrity and many other desireable qualities in a business like this.
