If you are looking for a new gym membership - LOOK ELSEWHERE! I hate to have to write negative reviews but in this case, Ukiah needs to be warned! This facility is sadly not what it used to be under previous ownership. The staff doesnt clean and the patrons do not wipe down equipment after themselves. Their contract is a sham - BE CAREFUL. They raised the rates on us a month after we signed up, which was not disclosed at sign up. They will pro-rate at the beginning of a membership, however, not the end, so you will get stuck with paying for 60 days past cancellation notice in order to provide them with their required "30-day notice"... SCAM! The management is incredibly unprofessional. The "night manager" is inexperienced and doesnt maintain a clean facility. The "assistant manager" is tactless and unprofessional. We had an issue with canceling our contract after fulfilling our full 12 months and, after the "night manager" cited his own inability to assist us, we returned the next day and she refused to come out of her office to speak to us. She admitted later to being present for the first visit, as well, and, rather than assist us as clients and try to work out a solution or try to keep our patronage, she chose to eavesdrop on the conversation from her office chair. She is dishonest and disrespectful. That is not a good way to run a business! I am disappointed that this was our experience here - I used to love RHC!

We love Mr. Tom the swim couch and Pam the aquatics director. My daughter has been with them for a few years now and they have made her blossom and feel confident in her swimming! The staff is always so nice and helpful too! Many thanks from Mya!!

Really nice place. Full facilities - classes, nice indoor and outdoor pools, raquetball and basketball courts, full gym and weightroom. Locker rooms with showers and sauna. Definitely good for families.

I go here for my physical theraphy through Adventist Health. Redwood Health Club has a contract with them. We work in the indoor pool that is a consistant temperature and is maintained fairly well.

Last night was first time going and it was wonderful. Just wish the outside pool was more heated but other that I loved it. The jacuzzi was amazing. Just wish there were more bubbles.

Nothing wimpy about this sauna, it is hot! I go for my weekly sweat & that is all I use the club for. The price is great too, half of what I paid at my last club.

Its a little too expensive, That they do have 2 swimming pools indoor outdoor and great workout rooms & has physical therapy!
